I just scrolled through the comments and saw that a lot of people are saying that she was too "thirsty" and unclassy, because she was sticking her tongue out and being very playful with Kevin. I think these people need to remember that THEY KNOW EACH OTHER. This isn't their first meeting. They have spent time together. The energy is different when you have built a rapport with a person and know their energy. Kevin was playful with her and vice versa. They caught each other's attention. So, obviously, they know what the other person likes and expects.

This guy's views were so flawed, as his image, most of what he said and represented seemed to be based upon money, material possessions and impressing others. He successfully sold an image that may or may not have been who he really was. He was a marketing genius and it made him a lot of money. As a black man whose been to prison I urgently needed to transform my attire to be taken more seriously. I have to work a lot harder just to get my foot in the door when it comes to jobs. I’m also looking for a different kind of black woman to match who I am today. I love to dress casual and to wear suits. My image and appearance demands respect. From all the criticism given to women, I think the approach to woman should be more respectful. Men should approach any woman as though she’s a jewel, not a piece of a**. This will help as well as teach woman to value themselves to the level that KS always preaches. His approach here was a typical approach of most men. But the burden always ends up on the woman.

I think Kevin was having fun with a person who he has a relationship with, even if only a friend. I don't believe Kevin would be as open with a woman who he doesn't know. I think it would be disingenuous of him to not act in a fun and friendly way with someone that he knows. We have to be able to distinguish between having fun with a friend and how to conduct ourselves when meeting others for first time. There's a difference! I've never heard Kevin preach about his own perfection. However, he does ask women to reflect on some of their own issues, which many women seem to try and deflect accountability. If you are suggesting that Kevin's behavior in this video was wrong, or sets a bad example, I would suggest focussing on what he talks about, not whether flaws can be found in his conduct!
