The rules are right on the table for the entire video but it seems like you and a lot of others can't read.

When you get blackjacks at the rate he gets them, it is easy. His BJ % is not reasonable and you shouldn't expect the same thing when you go to the casino. He gets 3, 4, sometimes 5 or more in a single shoe. I don't think I've ever had more than 3 in a single shoe and that's like once a year type thing.

Pit bosses don’t get paid or scolded if the casino loses money because casinos will always win in the end. They are just there to make sure pay outs are correct and there aren’t any issues with the gambling commission.
They are neither your friend or your enemy. Most pit bosses I’ve met are super nice. Customer service is part of their job. Keep the high rollers happy

I love it when you stay out of popularity contest and just play. Could watch your play for hours. The whole I do this by myself without a soap opera comments just turns the whole MHP sour.
When you play bj as a VIP is it a dealer and a supervisor/pit boss only or does there have to be a certain amount of staff on hand to verify the hands?
Probably doesn't deal on these tables too often we get moved around a lot one time I dealt 3 card poker for 8 months straight then baccarat for 8 months straight right after then they tried to throw me on blackjack with 2 new sidebets since the last time I dealt it and basically forgot all but the basics even forgot to deal myself a hand once lol. I probably looked like a new dealer compared to even the newer dealers because they deal nothing but blackjack everyday. New dealer is also a possibility all dealers start on blackjack if you play other games most dealers are veterans
@nathanortiz9975 I've seen way worse worst I ever saw was a dealer paying out on pushes in blackjack she was doing it an hour before anyone noticed. Ive also seen dealers that take like 2 minutes to deal a single hand. If I'm being honest this dealer seems like she easily has potential to be a very strong dealer.

Having dealers that can't count and can't pay out the proper amount is not a good look for this casino. You'd think they'd want their best dealer at a filming table but it's almost like they put the new people on intentionally.

At 16:16 you had a suited blackjack. The dealer didn't pay you for the Lucky Lucky.
The lucky lucky side bet is your 2 cards plus dealer up card. Not just your own 2 cards get 21
Dealer had 6 of clubs as well … dealer messed up lucky lucky couple times in video
You add up all three cards not just the two players’ cards. A +10 + 6 is 17. It doesn’t pay.
