Great videos! Yep I buy in different colours the same piece of clothing when I like it, I’m even guilty of buying the same jeans and pants in the SAME colour...Yes isn’t 😜 crazy! I found cheap jeans at Costco that I really liked and went back to buy 2 more pairs! I love your t-shirts!! Congrats on that medal 🏅, I’m also a runner , in fact my entire family run and do triathlon...What about you...does your family like to participate in races with you? Great channel once again I really enjoy watching your videos!
fitness question - when you are not training for a marathon do you still run? If so, how often. I love lifting but struggling to get cardio in and not sure how or where to begin. thanks!
Rachel Davee before my injury yes I always run at least twice a week sometimes before I lift. The American heart association recommends 150 minutes a week! So I always shoot for that. For running, start with run/walk.
Do you think 3 days a week lifting and 2 days of cardio would be a good start? Maybe doing a run/walk on cardio days for 30 mins to start? I have been lifting for a while but want to lose my mommy pouch :)
