- The Princess of Wales has revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer and has started chemotherapy, following abdominal surgery in January.

Now perhaps the media buggers will cease hitting on Catherine, and her family and give them the space needed. My hope and prayers go out to them.

When cancer was diagnosed in our family, we did not tell anyone but the immediate family until treatment was well underway. A person’s health is private and a cancer diagnosis particularly needs time to process. I’m sorry the Princess of Wales has been forced to reveal her diagnosis this way. The media, the online trolls and the suspicious activity by some health professionals have forced this sad announcement. She is very brave.

Princess Catherine, my daughter has shared a similar fight that you are now facing. At age 41 she was diagnosed with cancer and began 8 weeks of chemotherapy. She is now 54 and has had no return of Her diagnosis. She received excellent care at the Moffitt Cancer Institute in Tampa Florida and one of the first things that we were told is that cancer cells multiply when there are sugars and carbs in the system. That is their fuel period. Stay strong and know that we are all praying for your recovery and for the skilled doctors that are advising and aiding in your treatments.
She is so blessed. A wonderful person❤

I am so sad to hear of the Princess having cancer I did however feel that she was having a Hysterectomy as a precautionary measure. I wish nothing more that a full recovery for her. Chemo is hard to go through but if she & her doctors feel this is the best way to get rid of the cancer. I will continue praying 🙏 for her & the family. I know sh must be scared. We have just witnessed a strength of character that is truly admirable and amazing.... That she made this announcement just stopped me in my tracks; I feel so much for her, and for her family at a human level. And my first, second and third thoughts are towards her and a full and quick recovery. And towards her kids, husband and the rest of her close family. But at the same time my blood boils that so many were too quick to judge and fill in the blanks to some wicked narratives to try and explain away her absence.... which is why she might have felt the need to make this announcement. Why people feel the need to judge and hypothesise based on nothing other than their own need to know ? It's a terrifying sign of our times.....
