Hi LE and Megan. Maizey is adorable. I don’t know if this will be helpful to Maizey but a few years ago I had a puppy that acted very much like her my vet thought that it was more neurological than physical damage. She told me that Vitamin B1 was beneficial for these conditions and suggested that we give her vitamin B1 twice a day. Within a week she was up on her feet, still shaky put walking, in two weeks you could hardly notice her shaking. By Eight weeks you wouldn’t have known she even had a problem. Now I don’t know if pigs can have vitamin B1 but it might be something to ask your vet about. Keep up the good work wishing you lots of luck.
Prayers for Maizy Moo. My 10 year old dachshund has IVDD and his back legs aren’t working. So we are working with a harness to try and help him walk. It was two weeks ago when he got hurt and it reminded me of your pig Ollie when he had Dippity Pig Syndrome. So if you wouldn’t mind praying for Rambo as well, I’d appreciate it. Thanks! - Sue in AZ
Might try a belly sling to walk her. Could use a towel or pillowcase. Also you could try a xx small dog shirt to help keep her warm. Just ideas. She’s gorgeous. I know y’all will love her so much ❤️
When a couple of our pups were tiny I would take a fuzzy sock and cut off the end to make a sweater. There are even some u tube videos showing how to do this. He is adorable!😊🙏❤️
precious little Maizey !!! LE and Megahn keep working ur magic with her and im sure she will love u both back tremendously for a long time ... i will pray for her to overcome her struggles and become a perfect little piggie ...
Oh my goodness she is so beautiful. Most people would have given up on her but you haven't and that's what the sanctuary is all about. I hope she's a survivor and thank you for giving her a chance. Well done Megan and LE. Love and hugs from across the pond ❤️🫂
Le, I've seen this with a dog, and they took two board on each side of her to help keep her balance so she won't fall over she's got the will keep up the work.
Maizey Moo is so blessed to be with you and Megan! Now she has the best chance to live her best life. Fully and abundantly. She’s precious! I look forward to watching her progress. God bless you! Love from Canadice NY ❤
Awwww how cute!!! 💞💞💞 Every time I see a baby that can't walk well, I think of the strength of sweet Journey and determined she was to walk, jump and play!
In dogs it's called Wobbler Syndrome or wobbles. I saw a comment that mentions using boards (2×4's). It helps so much when they are little like her. You lay 2 boards about a body width apart. Have her practice walking in between the boards. It is amazing if you put the time in they can improve so much. The boards help them stay up straight .
Hi Baby Maizey!!! Maybe look into the therapy that they do for “swimmer” puppies!!! Seriously look it up because it could be a huge help for her!!! Luv y’all!!!
What a special girl! I have no doubt that in the care of Megan and LE, she will be so loved and cared for. Praying she will continue to get stronger everyday.💕🐷
Maizey Moo is so Adorable. I’m Praying that she will be ok and I know you and Megan will take Great care of her. God Bless you all. I will be excited to see how she does. Thank you for sharing b
Ooo oooo I have a suggestion…hold/set up two pool noodles for her to walk through and if the starts to topple the pool noodles will hold her in the upright position so she would just sit down instead of falling fully over that way she can strengthen her back legs without the time of falling over and you putting her back up, it would essentially help the muscles that help her get “into” the standing position as well as the continuous walking without the toppling!!!! Maybe give it a try and as she gets better at it/older you can make her a little obstacle course so she can practice turning as well!!!!!! ❤❤❤
I had a puppy years ago every time she run her front legs would give around she kept falling so husband gave her Vitamins you would not believe how great she turned out running walked in she was official dog she lived to be 15 years old
Try what they do for pups with “swimmer syndrome “. Build a track two boards on each side barely wide enough for her but it should hold her in a position that helps her bear weight.
Ohhhh what a cute little peanut!! I'm so glad she's with you guys❤ I knew she was tiny but seeing her next to Chia you can see how super tiny she is!!! LE can you get video of your Dad with your piggies? He must love them since he's such a piggy lover. I hope the little kids on the hill can meet her and Piggles too, while they are still small lol. Although the rate at which piggles is growing, I don't know how much longer that is going to be 🤣
She's going to be ok. She just has to grow bigger. I'm sure She's going to out grow the cats and love her life. Keep up the good work. Love love love everything you do .
I don’t know if this would help, but with puppies that have swimmer legs, they built a runway with wood that allows them to stand and walk with their legs under them. It’s a piece of wood and you nail sides to it, her size. It would give her a chance to stand and walk without falling down. Maybe when she gets a bit bigger.
LE / Megan. Just an idea you may be able to help that little piggy get orientated to standing by the use of adapting one of those baby walkers with a suspended under-the-belly support which would give here movement with supported weight on her little legs to build up strength.
LE, maybe ask Jami for the chiropractor lady doctor. Maybe she could help this little baby 🐷 piggy Maizie. She's adorable, and I pray she grows up to be healthy and strong. You guys are good caregivers and do anything for your babies. Thanks for sharing this little girl. A long-time viewer who will continue to pray for baby piggy and all your babies and family. On and off the hill 😊
The piglet is way too young for chiropractic care. Also, LE said he doesn't know what the medical issue is? He is simply speculating. What they need to do, is bring the pig to the Vet for a proper diagnose. Then they can ascertain what is the best course of action of care.
But of course, I would get a comment from a negative Nelly who knows all. Just keep Your comment to yourself. It was a suggestion for LE to decide when the baby gets older. So there. Stop trying to know all and bully people, hiding behind the keyboard what a sad person you are. Go find happiness in your life.
might try to make a little walker type thing you know what the wheels and that way spending more time on a street I’m not falling over. I’d love to see your new adventure. I’m so happy your kids are growing up fast learning new things. ❤
Maizey is so beautiful 😍! And, man does she have the will to survive! I don't know if this will help her ( eventually) but, at some point if it's ok with the vet - get a small bowl of water, hold her so that just her legs are in the water - and let her " swim ". It's a wonderful way to help build up leg muscles. I really do believe that with your guys help - she will make it. If Hero could survive his leg problems when he was born - then so will Maizey 😊🙏 Keep up the good work 👏 and I'm looking forward to upcoming videos of her 😀 Take care and have a gr-8 night 🌙!
Le and Megan, yalls little 🐖reminded me of my little 🐖yrs ago img, became my favorite pet corky. She thought she was a human lol many yrs i had her from birth.... Loved my babie that weight was hugh....❤❤much love and prayers for yalls tiny babie🐖🩷
She reminds me of Ollie. I know you guys are trying to run the sanctuary and be independent... And you are doing a great job, but maybe your dad can advise (not interfere) as he did such an amazing job with Ollie x
Awwww so glad you are able to give her a 4ever home i pray that you can help her maybe one of those buggies they make for dogs who cant walk that have simular situation as Maizey would work out for her
She’s quite determined to stand. I think she’s going to be ‘Maizey the Magnificent’ and grow to do a fine job. ❤
She seems so determined! Her willpower and determination is going to take her far!!!! Shes so adorable! 🥰💜
She's adorably happy. She doesn't know she's different. She'll try and try with a smile. Thanks to you Megan and LE for loving her.

My Dachshund Emily had IVDD 7 years ago no operation but retrained after 12 weeks of crate, rest hang in there with your Dachshund
❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼 for Rambo and Maizey!!
Might try a belly sling to walk her. Could use a towel or pillowcase. Also you could try a xx small dog shirt to help keep her warm. Just ideas. She’s gorgeous. I know y’all will love her so much ❤️
You could probably even use just a tube sock for a sling.
A handkerchief would be a better fit.
Poor baby. Prayers. 🙏🏻❤️❤️🙏🏻

I work at a cat sanctuary that has several cats with cerebellar hypoplasia which is what this reminds me of thanks for helping her
Yes the vet said it resembled that as well
She needs some tiny sweaters on to keep her warm. And maybe a sling to help her move those legs. She tends to fall to her right.
She is the cutest little thing ever! Does she eat better if she's down on your lap? Prayers out to her.

For dogs, b12 is a good supplement for nerve issues. Not sure for pigs. She is pretty cute. Hope she makes it.
