This community videos are a great idea.
It reminded me when I watched all RUclips Bauss stuff, then found some very small fan channels with well edited videos from his stream. Bauss keep closing those channels.
But you are an open source guy, I didn't see any difference between this video and others. Good stuff. There are people out there that do free videos for you and also pay you. (I assume it was free. Was it?)

I think a good way to do it could be to break it down into "Primary Rune Pages" with two or so with a short explanation on what makes them good and when to use them, and then quickly show maybe two-to-three rune pages that exist as situational, and rather than having full explanations give a short set of bullet points that can tell someone why and when to use the page. You could ease up on secondaries by just showing the most common secondaries you use, and then alternatives- people can likely fill in the gaps themselves.
Items are... well yeah, a little hard. Maybe show two or three core builds (Item-Boot-Item) and their strengths/weaknesses, with situational/full build items for those. You can quickly mention and show some alternative core builds, too!
Presentation's definitely difficult so I don't blame you. I do think that your videos tend to be super informative, so perhaps some of those short explanations of the situational items/pages could be suggestions to check out a video you have on that- you've covered a lot of stuff in your vids (Tank items like Jak'Sho/FoN/Locket, Full AP Builds, niche rune pages, etc.). Giving someone a little "Hey, check out [this video] for how to use [this niche rune page] could help a lot!

I've gone full circle on Malignance, I now believe it's the best mana item on Swain. It's still a garbo stat stick, but its unique value serves its purpose when I need it, the more I play with Blackfire Torch the more I feel like the 4% AP doesn't do crap and the burn... it's so weak compared to Liandry's it's crazy, it doesn't even outdamage Malignance by much.
If you're gonna make a guide, maybe you could do if more about the different playstyles, rather than the specific items to build. You could explain when you could use which playstyles, what the playstyle is good at, at which parts of the game the playstyle is strong etc. And then just give an example of a build/runes per playstyle.

I've just come across your channel, I personally have always run flash ghost, idk man I feel like without ghost I'm lacking in teamfight power and agency. Like for example when you went to stop them solo with baron, if you had ghost you'd get there sooner and be able to position in the middle of them and potentially push them off baron or do a lot more work before dying.
I get the TP back to lane is big early but after that it felt like you had TP up and unused for so much of mid and late game. How come you value TP so highly?
Tp is very good against hard matchups like Hwei. I think after the ghost nerfs its not that mandatory anymore. Having TP in the mid/late game is a great way to be able to sidelane without the danger of not being in a fight, you dont have to use it all the time
