I would love to see a Chinese Pangolin exhibit. I believe it was a previous option, but Pangolins are the most heavily trafficked animal in the world. Also they are absolutely adorable and that is why they deserve nothing but the best habitats.
You could name the tortoises after the ninja turtles; Rafael, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Donatello. Also i love the design of your new tropical building and cant wait to see more episodes on it.
This is such a cool start for the Tropical House. For the interior walls, maybe putting plants and waterfall on them would add a very lush a tropical vibe to it. It would be so cool to have a garial habitat in there! Keep going the good work!
Your tropical house plan looks great already but it's going to look amazing when completed! The Pangolan would fit fantastically in the tropical house if you had room for them. My pick for an Endangered tropical arboreal species would be the Siamang or Proboscis Monkey if they aren't too shy as you could probably fit more in comfortably which would increase the activity level & better meet the social needs of the species I think.

Watching your process with the multiple domes on the tropical house was enlightening! Will try to remember to place my mud pillars first so it's easier to align blueprinted items afterwards. Very much enjoying this series so far 🥰
I think we should put Orangutans as well as siamangs which would be really cool as the orangutans are critically endangered and the siamangs are endangered in that middle area for which you said to put primates in.Potentially another primate that can share with the orangutan and siamang is the Lar Gibbon which is also endangered which would also be a good addition. These three primates can all have a shared spieces bonus and would be a bit loud but the area would feel a bit more lively with all of these primates in the centre area to give off attention to the guests to come there and see what is happening over there. Galapagos Tortoise Sugggestions: Florecer meaning flower, Tierra meaning dirt, Corteza meaning bark, Tortuga meaning tortoise, Isla meaning island, Estanque meaning pond and Río meaning river. All of these are Spanish names, where Galapagos Giant Tortoises come from, Ecuador. These names are also related to some items or places on the island which is a nice touch to the eco-island zoo:) I was also wondering if my name would come for a staff member, Ashvir Thanks, Flaming_Ashes
I'm danish myself and went to Randers Regnskov several times as a kid, (and as an adult). Thought I saw a resemblance in your new build and glad to have it confirmed. :D Also, one of the coolest and cutest animals they have in the actual Randers Regnskov is the Manatee, an animal I'd really love for us to have in the game some day.
While i was originally against yhe idea, Bornean orangutans mixed with the tapirs and otters would be really cool, and leave enough room for the gharials and pangolins! It also works out really well because oragutans are critically endagered, making them a must have for the island, along with the pangolins and gharials

Your idea to do a primate in the middle is a great idea! You could also do an aquatic animal in the center and have that first level be an underwater viewing area and the second path level be the ground view, kinda like the Amazonia house at the Washington DC zoo! This is just me shamelessly trying to get you to do more underwater viewing gallery’s since I love those builds

Also, the Tortoises getting offspring makes me so happy, please consider naming one of the babies Nemo. It was the name of my pet tortoise, which I had since I started school. Sadly he didn't survive the last winter and I still miss him dearly, and it would mean so much to me to have such a cute tiny remembrance of my best buddy crawling through such a beautiful habitat. Either way keep going, looking forward to everything still coming up for this series! 😄
I think that the Nile lechwe would be a great fit for this zoo , becouse it is just so beautiful . It also doesnt get the love that it deserves and not a lot of people build for it . Also I think that this is the best zoo ever done
i think the two level habitat would be really cool for a climbing species, maybe a smaller one so they can have more space, like the gibbon! and maybe the pygmy hippo? they’re also endangered and a water section would be cool!
Hey Lady. Between the 2 layers of concrete for the roof, what if you used the clad pieces from the Conservation? The one with all the short beams would be fit in between maybe? You could still see through but it would support the top layer of concrete. Aannnnd, recolorable!!!

This building, the shape of it, is amazing! Can't wait to see how it turns out. And for primates for the middle I'd say either Siamang + Gibbons or Orangutans + Proboscic Monkey. That would fit the Komodo Dragon and the planned Tapir + Otter since all of them are from South East Asia.

I don’t know if it’s what you want to do, but this place is begging for a hotel/resort/conference building on the beach. It would be a great location for companies to do retreats in order to teach their employees and share holders about conservation.

I'd honestly love to see your take on an Orangutan Habitat for your primate exhibit. Of all the animals I see in Zoos, primates in particular, they are the most interesting to me as well as one of the most endangered out there. Orangutans, tapirs and otters would be awesome to see in the tropical house! I thought Jewel would be a good name for a baby girl and Gem would be a good name for a baby boy because baby animals are so special!

Ooo, I agree with the other commenters. I think less appreciated animals such as the Binturong + Malaysian Tapir would be more fun to see than another primate exhibit
You could also do the binturong + asian river otter to get both and arboreal species and aquatic species in the same exhibit. Also, neither species requires a ton of space which is a plus

Hey, they might need a little to mutch space. But the black rhino is an critacly endangered species and aton of sub species has been declared extinct. Really cool building! I want to get better at building big buildings too. I just spent 2 days trying to build a big reptile house, but I scrapped it. It just kept looking like a big concrete box 😅 Maybe you can put some gorillas in the habitat with the 2 path layers, they're critically endangered if I remember right

You should close of the roof, but have the edge pushed in a little bit, so it still looks open unless you look really closely. Not sure if that makes sense 😅
For the primate habitat, I'd love to see either the Lar Gibbon or the Siamang. They're both beautiful creatures that are unfortunately endangered. The Borneo Orangutan might be too big for the habitat, I think.
For filling in the spaces between the discs, why not fill it in from the inside of the dome and then, on the outside, alternate between open and then closed in some spots, tl give it the appearance of being open but still secured. Or alternatively, you could fill it in in the middle, where it looks open all the way around, but if you look inside, it has supports in the middle
Maybe you could have proboscis monkeys and Asian small clawed otter in the middle. They would both use the water and the monkeys can climb up and would be viewable from the top level.
I've been following your videos for a bit since getting into Planet Zoo again. I do have a question for you though. When building indoor houses, do you build it for only one animal or several? I'm trying to build a nocturnal house for my latest zoo, and I've picked out about 4 species. Would that be excessive or can that work?

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to planet zoo (love watching this channel for inspiring) but ive been having trouble with staff and havent found an answer online. Within the same work zone, i have one keeper complaining about being overworked while a second keeper is 90-100% idle (not commuting, but idle). This issue is the same across a few other workzones. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This building, the shape of it, is amazing! Can't wait to see how it turns out. And for primates for the middle I'd say either Siamang + Gibbons or Orangutans + Proboscic Monkey. That would fit the Komodo Dragon and the planned Tapir + Otter since all of them are from South East Asia.

I don’t know if it’s what you want to do, but this place is begging for a hotel/resort/conference building on the beach. It would be a great location for companies to do retreats in order to teach their employees and share holders about conservation.

I'd honestly love to see your take on an Orangutan Habitat for your primate exhibit. Of all the animals I see in Zoos, primates in particular, they are the most interesting to me as well as one of the most endangered out there.

Ooo, I agree with the other commenters. I think less appreciated animals such as the Binturong + Malaysian Tapir would be more fun to see than another primate exhibit
You could also do the binturong + asian river otter to get both and arboreal species and aquatic species in the same exhibit. Also, neither species requires a ton of space which is a plus

Hey, they might need a little to mutch space. But the black rhino is an critacly endangered species and aton of sub species has been declared extinct. And they might not benefit from it but adding the African elephant, white rhino, Nyala, Giffars and Plains Zebra in the same habitat dosent hurt them.

Really cool building! I want to get better at building big buildings too. I just spent 2 days trying to build a big reptile house, but I scrapped it. It just kept looking like a big concrete box 😅 Maybe you can put some gorillas in the habitat with the 2 path layers, they're critically endangered if I remember right

For the primate habitat, I'd love to see either the Lar Gibbon or the Siamang. They're both beautiful creatures that are unfortunately endangered. The Borneo Orangutan might be too big for the habitat, I think.

your idea for primate looks good and I already have a suggestion for which primate the ring-tailed lemur is endangered
For filling in the spaces between the discs, why not fill it in from the inside of the dome and then, on the outside, alternate between open and then closed in some spots, tl give it the appearance of being open but still secured.
Or alternatively, you could fill it in in the middle, where it looks open all the way around, but if you look inside, it has supports in the middle

Maybe you could have proboscis monkeys and Asian small clawed otter in the middle. They would both use the water and the monkeys can climb up and would be viewable from the top level.

I've been following your videos for a bit since getting into Planet Zoo again. I do have a question for you though. When building indoor houses, do you build it for only one animal or several?
I'm trying to build a nocturnal house for my latest zoo, and I've picked out about 4 species. Would that be excessive or can that work?
We actually just uploaded a mixed habitat! 😅 But its not something I very often do due to space requirements 😅

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to planet zoo (love watching this channel for inspiring) but ive been having trouble with staff and havent found an answer online. Within the same work zone, i have one keeper complaining about being overworked while a second keeper is 90-100% idle (not commuting, but idle). This issue is the same across a few other workzones. Does anyone know how to fix this?
