I'm just glad they put the audio port on the bottom of the phone now instead of on the top. My iPhone 4 is just awkward to hold with my headphones plugged in on the top.
i've got one! but my home button actually stopped working once and i had to wait for it to start working for over a day! and the phone easily gets scratches on the shiny sides!

I'm asking for the iPhone 5 for Christmas too since I got the 4 two years ago, and have loved it, but now I think that it's time for me to experience the latest and greatest iPhone. I also think it's a good idea to get the 5 now rather than wait for the 5S because the 'S' revisions of every iPhone have always been internal software revisions. With the iPhone 4S, there was only the addition of Siri, and a slightly better camera. You wont regret it!

Followed by that was the iPhone 3G, which was a more popular iPhone and then after that was the 3GS which allowed video recording, whereas the iPhone 3G didn't on the standard camera app. After the 3GS came the more updated version which was the iPhone 4. It had a new design and was kept for the iPhone 4S and was extended on the iPhone 5. (2G, 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S, 5)

Also, if anyone else is debating between asking for the iPhone 5 for Christmas, or waiting until the 5S comes out, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to ask for the 5. With Apple's 'S' revisions of the iPhone, the changes have always been only internal, with the software. With that said, I recommend that you skip the 'S' revision with every generation.
TBH here, I bought my S3 in the first month it came out and now, some 6 months later, I just turned my S3 for an iPhone 5. If you want more features like widgets and customising your home screen, then go for an S3, but if you want a simple/classic yet cool phone, go for an iPhone. Really, it just depends on your personal preference. I'll miss my S3 somehow but I'm happy that I changed to i5. At the end of the day, the purpose of using cell is to call/text right? if u want a bigger one. IPAD :)

When you are in the camera app, you can use the volume buttons to actually take the picture. So it does have the camera button, in a sense.
