It's kind of like they switched bodies with the ones they killed in the family like how Elizabeth possesses Circus baby and she killed Michael with the scooper, she switched bodies with Michael and then Michael switched bodies with C.c Because hes the one who made C.c give fredbear a "big kiss" but C.c died instead and then William switched bodies with Elizabeth and he is the one who created Circus baby and Circus baby ended up killing her
But it's not claimed how Clara died C.c apparently randomly switched bodies with her I guess so it's a bit different with that body switch

It's Inbetween Elizabeth michael and william on who's death was the most gruesome and worst death Elizabeth was trapped inside circus baby when she was scooped to clean out the animatronic from inside to out so depends on how the endoskeletons are removed meaning Elizabeth died horribly do to was alive and awake when the scooper hit circus baby meaning her mangled body was turned apart and dragged out along side baby endoskeleton so bits and pieces of her skeleton may of been melted down and reformwith all the others endoskeletons to be put back in the suit meaning parts of Elizabeth is mixed into all the animatronics is my guess
