Future Gohan's death hurt the first time But the way they forced you to fight the androids again, one bar of health, no energy, with attacks that looked and sounded about as painful as being slapped by a fly, whilst the androids would just fucking Toy with you... THAT hurt me like hell
I had recently gone through this in game... and damn did it hurt. I couldn't help but feel a bit hopeful as I saw the animated finish, and I was in awe as I saw the ki bar SHATTER. Then, when the game made us fight them again, I realized quickly that we were meant to lose, and the game was gonna make us go through the same pain gohan did. however, I still tried my best and in the end, with the final attack, I couldn't help but be in awe. Gohan gave it his all... No, WE gave it our all, and we failed. The game made us experience Gohan's death firsthand. Dragon ball Z Kakarot really goes out of it's way to make the experience feel immersive, especially here. I can't help but applaud that
Watching gohan powerless with no more energy really made me so sad I had to pause the game and realize how hard him and trunks have had it there whole lives and how much they have lost
@@higurashianduminekoconnect1702 yea definitely Because he sacrificed a lot and was mature like his father in the fighting aspect but he had to adapt to his situation and stay strong for trunks
Exhausted Gohan with the music is just saddening. The android’s sadistic behavior mocking the warrior and his will to defeat them instead of running away. It all just sets up the final moments of a warrior.
@@spxnoff_ lol I don't see how Gohan had the worst death they only showed trunks feelings. I wonder what future gohan was really thinking after everyone died. Like trunks was teenager that means buu arch was already suppose to past. Gohan didn't meet videl and goten wasn't managed to be born in time.
So are we gonna ignore that at the end of the boss with gohan, it was basically Jiraiya in storm 2, making us fight the enemy while weak, than shows a cool ass cutscene of the hero using every ounce of power in him to release a final powerful move only for the move to not fully work which leads them to their deaths
Seriously, like why am I not seeing more people talk about this? All of kid Goku's adventures and all of the friends he made throughout the OG dragon ball. The beginning of Z and all throughout until afther the Frieza Saga. It all leads to this!!!

I really dont understand why they keep removing the original dbz soundtrack which is amazin, and replacing it with mediocre tunes...it just kills all emotion from the videogame

This isn't the real timeline, the real one is Cell's, and there even Trunks is dead, but he managed to kill the Androids and Cell is gone
