Hey, thanks so much for the kind words. Yeah we've structured things that I think makes a little bit more sense. I'm primarily focused on the research element and all of the agents on our team are very very close with me and are definitely not disconnected from me. If you ask any of them to ask me any questions you have, I will answer them directly. It just allows us to add a little bit better customer service, flexibility, etc. Jordan is amazing. I've known her for a long time and you are in great hands. Thanks so much.

Hi thanks for the comment! In the Sarasota area, i'd look at Venice, Lakewood Ranch, and an area called West Of The Trail (use "Southside Elementary" as a landmark). The St Augustine Florida area is another great one. Check out a master-planned development called Nocatee. I also like a lot of the Naples public district and Santa Rosa County in the Panhandle....just the name a few. Thank you!
Im relocating to Florida from Maui, Hawaii. I have a mobile dog grooming biz- looks as though there are MANY neighborhoods that are dog-friendly. I think we’ll rent at 1st. No kids. I’ll call your office for some guidance. Wondering if your followers would need a mobile groomer- i have an amazing grooming van. Thx Adam Aloha🌴🌴🌴

Very informative with valuable information. I don’t retire with a full pension until 2035. Otherwise, I’d relocate there now. I really enjoyed the overall calmness of Sarasota when visiting from NY (suburbs of NYC) two months ago.
I retired with my full pension in July and 2 weeks later moved to Sarasota. I was a Corrections Officer in PA living in Philadelphia. This was the best decision of my life and has really helped after 20 years of working in a prison. You are going to love living in Sarasota.
