Respectfully, many matches commentated by pros or armchair know it alls, can be self serving and come off as a "better than thou, higher thinkers". Rachet jaws, that tend to criticize players every decision claiming they knew better, or drawing on their past accolades, are hubris. They often have personal agendas and questionable wisdom if intending to promote the sport. Have tennis, or golf commentators, ever done this? Definitely out of his element, Love him or hate him, Earl (out of his element), offers better although monotone information, without insulting players... I'll keep muting most matches, and enjoy some music.
