They honestly both slayed! Jason did great as always and Barry very pleasantly surprised me and brought his A-game. I love both of them! Sad Barry left, but he left with a bang!

I missed the beginning of it live , came here to watch after all the excitement. It really was no issue focusing on Barry and Peta! I had to rewind to watch Jason and Daniella. 😂

@@sharyn4271 Same! I watched it again last night and again, my eyes were glued to Barry. You know, there’s a 79 year old woman competing on Strictly Come Dancing right now. All of the dances she’s done so far were slow except for the Charleston. Viewers are upset that the producers are cherry picking her stuff but look at Barry…. Same age and yet he’s doing all the styles the younger ones are doing. It might not be as elaborate but he’s doing them. Barry gave it his all and we loved it.🙂

Jason is wonderful and always fun to watch, but Barry was mesmerizing here. I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Sad he was eliminated, but what a way to go out!

WWOOOWW!!! HELLO !!!!! what a performances hot hot hot!!!! I think this was the best Dance-Off that I ever seen on DWTS!!! EVER!!!!! Loved it!!!! Both did a great job, however Barry...!!!! WHAAAAT?!! THAT WAS AMAZING!! 69??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I'm sad and in shock because he got great scores and won this round but didn't got enough votes. Again, as I said on Instagram, for his age he became a rolemodel, an inspiration and I congratulate him for got this. God bless him and God bless Peta. CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH COPUPLES!!! At the start of the night, I had a feeling that Barry would be the one going home. I’m upset that I was proven right, because he went out with a literal bang! He was alive last night, he was schmovin like a boss, and I wasn’t ready for it! He was so much fun in both his performances!
Barry killed it. He took that shirt off with no problem. He was in his element!
He barely even danced. He just gyrated, thrusted his pelvis, and moved his arms.

He's a crazy talent. First time I saw him in concert was like 2002 or 2003 and had no idea who he was, but was transfixed. I didn't even know what type of music you would call what he was playing/singing...lol I guess Indie folk?

Barry and Peta left it all on the table and they lifted the roof off the place! Such a shame he's been eliminated. Barry brought a smile to everyone's face. Without him, the life of the party is gone.
Great Choreo by Peta, she really brought put Barrys personality in the dNce😊
Peta is very strategic. She choreographs dances to her celebrity’s ability and strength. Just watch back some of routines she did with Tommy Chong. They went all the way to the semi finals! That’s why I always say Peta is one of the best female pros the show has.🙂

unpopular opinion, but I think Jason won that. He showed more salsa technique than Barry did and his energy was still great. It shouldn’t be all on showmanship and some technique should have been considered
I agree. Barry was surprisingly energetic, but a lot of basic moves were repeated. It was clear that Jason had more technique and content while also bringing the showmanship. I felt like Jason was chopped liver to everyone during this segment.
Jason was better. Period. B U T Barry had maybe his best dances tonight and certainly had fun. If Rylee and her jungle gym keep getting passes every week- WHY couldn’t Barry and PETA have a scoring scew before being booted.
I wanted Jason to win this, sort of _expected_ him to win it, but Barry's footwork was cleaner. This is the kind of thing that makes one wonder if the producers wanted to give Barry a win in _something_ before being eliminated. Conspiracy theories aside, Barry won this dance-off on technical merit, so he can go out with his head held high.

Listen- I have been pulling for Barry and PETA from the beginning. This was a fantastic and fun dance by them (and thank you for giving them the bonus points) Dani and Jason were better. At least you tossed Barry a bone before you kicked him off😢

Dancing the Salsa, it’s Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach vs Barry Williams and Peta Murgatroyd. Let the dance off begin
three competitors are in the ballroom with extra points on their scoreboard and It's Jason Marz against The Brady Bunch star, Barry Williams. Since 1974, he danced with Maureen McCormick in an episode in which they perform The Silver Platters with such songs including on the smash hit that also had it in the movie in 1995 with a sequel in 1996. Now they're defeating a popular pop music star and her partner by a man playing Greg and her partner a female world class dancer with a salsa to "It's Not _______But it's ______." But it's a great challenge. Carrie Ann thought Harry told the story but, Alyson kinda danced circles around him. Derek actually liked Harry dance more, but technically Alyson might have been better and Billy thinks Harry could handle steps and not just to be used as a tree trunk for Rylee DM said Literally Called Harry a tree trunk, Jason ends up LOL. He added..If Barry upsets on the dance-off,Jason has ended up second to the last on the leaderboard. Eeek. When a head judge used that name, Alyson Wins then Derek wants to be like Barry when he grows up, the gyrations and movements and he's such a competitor, Billy thought they both showed up and showed out, Bruno thinks it's going to be a close call and Carrie Ann thinks it's like a comparing apples and oranges. JK said Niether did I and DM said I think Barry is pretty safe from elimination after that salsa. 'm worried for Alyson, Charity and Jason. So with the judges' comments done, Barry wins but unfortunately and once again the road ends on a former Brady Bunch star who sent packing with Peta but he'll be back with Maureen of their hit 1969-1975 series. Greg and Marcia are part of the fun before Jan can say Marcia, Marcia, Marcia. To wrap up Whitney Houston Night, I leave a comment on this question. The judges have it OUT for Jason. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching Barry dance but Jason absolutely should have won. Barry should now get the win because he took his shirt off and gyrated a bunch because let’s be honest, that’s why the judges were watching him! they both did really really well!!! I'm sad that Barry left he did amazing!!! I think the judges this season are kinda sus because Carrie ann and derek are always harsh on Jason and Charity but when it comes to Harry they have nothing to say they keep encouraging him. which there's nothing wrong with encouraging someone. But you have to still be a judge if you see a mistep or a correction That's how they will grow and be better and learn. Billy was an interesting judge like commenting on Jason not to lip sync but all the dancers pros lip sync. But I like when he critiques Harry though saying something about a tree trunk. But i feel like the judges just has it out for jason and that's probably why he's lacking the dances. But I hope he doesn't let it bring him down and go Harder. Ariana is starting to grow on me she has great musicalities!!! I didn't know ariana but she did amazing and xochtil got her first all 10s!!! But the judges did not acknowledge Jason after the dance battle. And charity should loosen up just a little bit. But all the Bachlorette stars do focus on the technique a little bit more. I don't want people to twist my words or make out I dislike harry he seems like a good guy its just. I feel like the judges need to be fair with everyone and they're not.

Both couples did a great job! But I do not understand the need for Barry to rip open his shirt as if this was a Chippendale's performance. That made it awkward and uncomfortable when watching the show with multiple generations in our families. We'd like to remember Barry as the sweet older brother from The Brady Bunch. 🧡 The high energy both couples brought was great, but technically Jason should have won here. Also, all of the guest judges have been wonderful! Great choices! 👏

@@danceswithcomicbooks7733 Dance isn't just about entertainment, but there's also a technical aspect to it, in which Jason had better technique, but Barry just made them forget Jason was dancing pretty much, which is why he won, and it seems unfair that Jason lost.

Harry and Barry are not the best dancers, the reason for Barry being the better one is his overall confidence, he is not as stiff as him and is a lot more enthuastic. I loved seeing his energy even though I knew he wasn't gonna win, he brought everything to the table and honestly should have stayed until next week considering the other competitors. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Barry ever since week 1 one, and even when he was eliminated had a smile on his face and had a good overall time on dwts. Btw before dwts I had no idea who either Barry or Harry was, but Barry was one of the few contestants that caught my attention, unlike Harry who ngl I think he's a geninuely nice guy but I just feel that he can't dance under pressure because he still has this stiffness to his dance and is always slighty behind tempo. I really hope he doesn't win dwts because then it would just defeats the purpose of the dancing and is just a popularity contest plus way better dancing contenders than him.

I think Jason would be the only man standing in the finals. That is just my prediction. He has what it takes to be in the finals. And he belts out the lyrics while dancing. I don’t think it’s a problem. There was a controversy about that on Tuesday.
Shes been dancing since the age of 3. Shes attended Debbie Allan Academy. Trained in jazz, hip hop, ballet, and contemporary .😊
Please tell me Jason dances to his own song "Butterfly"! It would be perfect for these kind of performances!
