- Bridget takes Deacon sending her off to study as a sign of concern, but in reality he can’t get his mind off of Amber and the baby. Deacon implores Amber to make the right choice and come back to him, but she refuses saying she’s staying married to Rick. Eric sneaks off when he learns Deacon is at the Insomnia in hopes Amber will show up. Eric vows to stop Deacon from ever touching Bridget again. Eric races his car toward an unsuspecting Deacon.

Brooke talking about how selfish Amber is for marrying Rick when Brooke has always chased the man she loved regardless of who else got hurt? Girl BYE. 🙄
Definitely rich coming from her considering how she was insistent on marrying Thorne no matter how her kids felt about it.

It isn't a surprise when Deacon and Brooke get together as they are very much alike.. Obsessed, undermining Amber/Ridge's marriages, misunderstanding sympathy for love, and not taking no for an answer.

It’s so funny hearing Brooke asking Bridget a question that starts with the words “what kind of a mother would I be..”
As uninvolved Brooke has been with her children it’s as though she’s trying really hard to act like a good mother in her over dramatic attention seeking way.

I can’t tell what’s worse, the fact that Eric keeps flashing back to his daughter having s ex, or him thinking it’s serious enough to justify un alive Deacon over it?
At first I thought heavy breathing Brooke was wearing a nightgown, (for Eric of course)😂. She really thought Amber would give up on her little Ricky boy….. how delusional she is!

Brooke just expects Amber to live a life she doesn’t want just so her daughter, an 18 year old, an independent woman who is in control of her actions and decisions, comes back home , just because she and 6 other people of the family can’t do a thing to make Bridget believe them, they can get her back too but she expects Amber to do her dirty work which mean a much higher price, not to mention, by her logic, Rick is to blame for this just as much as Amber because he also wouldn’t end their marriage but no, it’s all Amber .. Alex can't believe that Deacon got married to little girl/ 18 year old Bridget, just to force his destiny Amber to leave her husband, not minding if it will devastate Bridget in the end.
Why are they making it seem as if Bridget doesn’t have a mind of her own and it’s as easy as him sending her home like she’s a child? Even if he did admit he loves Amber and doesn’t want her what if she decided to still stay and try to get him to love her? Or what if she decides to not go home and stay at a friends house instead?
Also how does him marrying mean he has access to his son exactly? Bridget has no say so in who Eric lives with and if they’re so against you seeing him, wouldn’t that just mean Bridget doesn’t see him either?
Because she just turned 18 and Deacon is in this 30s and he messed over Becky. C'mon. As a parent, I'd lose my mind.

I mean, the age is one thing, but she's an adult and can legally get married and have s Ex, no matter how her parents feel about it. The fact that Deacon is using her, no matter what her age, is the bigger issue to me, and her parents seem to be more mad that she's been deflowered by her husband, than she's being used by him.

Unfortunately for Eric, Bridget just some days ago has turned 18 and he can't drag Bridget to court anymore to force her to talk about her first time, the district attorney Teresa and the police not on call any longer.
