My favorite play was yesterday when PBM used scepter of dominion on FG to secure the steal. Absolutely insane play. It really showcases how impactful the active item system can be.
For sure this was the play of the weekend for me. Ton of great plays all weekend but who had a Scepter of Dominion to deny an FG kill, into a steal on their bingo card... I'm guessing not very many. Absolutely killer play!
Oh this is a cool concept. I don’t really like watching matches because it takes so long, but I loved the weekly highlights they used to post of ranked plays. I will definitely watch this if you do it for every event.
@@EarthQuaKKiI find it hilarious cause people been saying the say thing for fighting games for years but the crowds are still loud cause we got passion. Shits hype, I can’t lie
The fact that half of these come from the finals alone goes to show just how insane of a series the finals were. There are not many sets that rival c9 vs epsilon in season 2 but these finals are definitely one of them
I’m not one for pro league’s but I watched it for the twitch drops and really started getting into it. They made some crazy reveals yesterday and I genuinely think smite 2 is going to be so much better than smite 1 now.! Let’s hope they maintain this attention and quality!
I think the only play this is missing is the BemnyQ Hecate Ult portal PBM Fenrir ult into Scream Athena ult to kill Theakz on Agni under his tower. The synchronization of those ults was so beautiful and the crowd went absolutely nuts. (4:51 into game 6 if anyone is curious)
Love the compilation! Only thing missing is the Hades helm of darkness escape from finals. Didn't win them the game but definitely one of the best plays!
@Inters3ct Awesome, I missed the games due to timing issues. Then I saw a clip of Dolson casting and realized I messed up by being busy now I want to watch them lol
Where are the turnaround skill plays? Man this game has really gone to shit since season 3-6. There was not 1 really hype play. Just generic steals because the enemy fucked up and 3v1 with 1 kill back after the fight. This happens in every game. It's not hype. It's common. Oh this was an na only tournament in Vegas with washed up smite 1 pros. Now I know why they all look like masters teams. No hype without EU.
The finals were literally an EU team vs an NA team tho, and there were 3 EU teams 3 NA teams in the bracket. Also, it was an open series that anyone could join so if the ex-pros are so washed why did they end up winning?
@Inters3ct I did not see that. I only see the highlights and all these player's were na. Was it an na team full of eu players? I think we let eu cook more since adapting played in na teams before because EU was banned and there is not enough support given for EU at the moment. I don't know the roster finals but these highlights were bad. Like, really bad. Snooze fest. I don't even believe there were finals clips because in every team I knew 1-3 players that played in smite 1 that was purely na based. So if only 1/5 players is EU it's still na only. No variety if the "pro" players can pick their team and teammates. It's just a friendship invite and that's why the league was so shit in the past years. No. Don't talk about dragons. They dont even show their records on Google. This game is so dead that they don't even show the team with the most wins on Google. And even this team would loose against early year teams because they only played against trash and never good players. Year 7-10 is the most pathetic league I have ever seen in a game and all of them are back. They lost to platinum player coaches that had to step in for their players. These are literally diamond lobby's at best and you see it. It's pathetic and makes the game for old school high ranked players uninteresting to see because if I want shit bronze fights I watch my own ranked games. Not communicating pro plays.
@Inters3ct I think it was not Lan, it was in an in person event. And if I guess how hirez is from the past 10 years. They don't pay shit to go there so every EU player would have to have 5-7000€ ready at least to go there. That's why I said every EU player already played because they pay na teams. Don't try to bullshit in comments because they scam 80% of the world. Be honest and make a video about my claims and debunk it. You can name drop me I don't care, we all know where the team name is from is irrelevant, you are not EU if 3/5 players are na and or life there.
@ Literally the entire team RISK roster are EU you're just wrong man. Genetics literally works at the same place in England that my brother works at. Of course they had to travel to the US to play in the LAN, that doesn't make them american LMAO. You're welcome to think the plays sucked (I disagree) but you're just outright wrong about there being no EU players. The only NA player on an EU roster was ELLeon and that's because he was a last minute sub to fill in their EU support who couldn't make it to the LAN. The other 14 players on the 3 EU teams are FROM THE EU. I think you're getting confused because a lot of ex-pro EU players like Genetics, Nika, LASBRA, etc. moved to and lived in the US when the SPL was hosted in Georgia for SMITE 1. That's no longer the case in SMITE 2 so they're back in their EU home countries and just travelled to Vegas for the event. Literally what you are complaining about is exactly what SMITE 2 fixed for its pro circuit.
The game looks exactly the same as Smithe 1 what’s up with these lackluster low budget effect visuals did they only changed the engine to charge double for skins?
@@chrismarple Graphics also are massively upgraded, not just the effects but textures of the maps and gods. I likely will for the big events like launch tournament and worlds, yeah!
@@Inters3ct Awesome!
came to hear Dolson scream "HOLY SHIT" again and i was not disappointed!
The audio does not do the crowd justice. At most of these plays, I felt like the roof was going to fly off
What crowd? Game is dead
@@EarthQuaKKiIt’s still in beta and has almost passed smite 1s peak players?

Same w/ any evo stream lol, it’s mad hype when you get a group passionate about a game and some plays are being played
@@EarthQuaKKi are we to believe you, over the people that were actually there?

I came to make a similar comment. Definitely felt like Sunday was so huge!
4:19 That was the day I learned Scepter of Dominion can actually make objectives immune to damage. PBM out here with the outplays.
Wow i didnt either, this is amazing

Not having Globe's Chac mid teleport blink ult at left pheonix is criminal
Sad that Variety being crushed by the fire giant door isn't in here
Team Risk probably still regrets picking Thor over Aladdin. 😅
That pick/ban phase probably lost them the finals. Still, insane set.
I can listen to Dolson all day 😂
Dolson saying shit was so funny to watch live
Dave is so back
Whatever happened to the Paul, Panitom and Genetics super team in SMITE 2? Haven’t kept up with pro scene
I don't remember Genetics being on a team with Paul or Pani? But Pani and Paul's team didn't qualify. They were knocked out by Borscht
Where can i watch the full vods that isn't twitch?? Please
They'll probably be uploaded to the SmiteVOD youtube channel at some point but I don't think they're on there yet.

Dzoni on the Thana against Loki found him 3 times that game while invis my mind was blown
Screammmmm my 🐐
These announcers go hard
Team Risk vs 5M'S (both series) was a show of mistakes in fire giant security and bad strategies to finalize the game. Specially Team Risk, man...
