I have the 310v, same engine and electronics but has twin rear shocks. Changed 2 things, the tyres as the abs was coming on when braking downhill. The rear shocks were "shocking" with rock hard compression damping. I put Mitas tyres on and eBay shocks, it's well sorted with no complaints from me. It's my go to for everything except highway, bearing in mind I have 2 Harleys and a 200hp super naked.
Looks great , and the review is appreciated. £300 a year services!! Thats crazy , even my car is ½ that . People need to learn to service their own bike as we're being robbed 👍
@@Ridingreviews I hear you, I do my own valves, especially with a bike that needs that much attention. My valves and need doing every 6k so to do this myself not only saves enough money for an extra tour each year , but gets me involved with my bike. For those not mechanically inclined/ minded try doing simpler bits on your bike first and you'll find you enjoy caring for your own engine . Kind regards. Ed 🏃♂️
Liked the comparison with the bmw. It really helps to put meat on the bones for the value for money proposition of chinese bikes. Of counse there are other issues like post sales support, but it is all part of the mix.
I just wanted to give you some information that Fantic Motor has for 2021-22 introduced a Euro 5 Two stroke 50cc road legal performance and competition version yamaha minarelli engine bike and it looks great.
Thanks as always for sharing your thoughts! They don’t do the X anymore? What a shame! Of all the Zontes 310s I always thought the X was the nicest. I went to see the Zontes bikes earlier in the year, was impressed with the quality, and the new TFT display. Continuing the BMW comparisons, the BMW 310 isn’t even made by BMW, rather by its Indian partner TVS Motors! At least with the Zontes it’s their name their factory.
The zontes 310 platform is in the process of being updated by the brand new 350 platform, and the 350GK has already been sold in China. Unfortunately, I don't know when the 350 platform will be available in the UK market. I am the owner of the 310X1, if you are interested in the 310X I may be able to provide some information.
The 310X is a solid choice, but it's not without its flaws. The engine vibrates a bit. It doesn't sound very sexy. Neutrals are harder to find. Single swing arms require more maintenance. The performance of lithium batteries is low in winter (late batches are replaced by gel batteries). The rear brake feels weak.
Hi mate could u tell me the best 125 brand new under 3k that's reliable and looks good. Looking at the lexmoto lxs or the lxr but can't decide which to go fr any suggestions cheers.
Are you sure they do not do it any more? :))...Because they are made and have revisions for this year with a preasure and temperature sensor and better key fob. Bobbins are stock....
They are making them for other countries but they dont have them on there website and have no info on that but yhe are bringing in the other vereation of the 310
@@Ridingreviews Anyone who has owned one of these will let you know that the dual exhausts are purely decorative. The lower one gets more use and dirtier quicker. Might as well slap on an exhaust that will make that tiny engine purrr.

I'd love to this these brands like zontes sell in bigger numbers , as it looks to me like they are offering a lot for the money .
@@edwardwilliammorris1340 zontes are ushally a good deal for the price

I use it more in urban areas, and my fuel consumption is 4.0L/100KM.

If it was a choice between lxr and las i would choose the lxs more power looks better and has the exhauste under the seat
They still have this model and they've updated the engine to 350cc and 39hp
i think they are planning to replace it with the new gk model

Great bike.. Not sure about the tyres/rims but I think the BMW is the same.
Look at the mcn review aparantly the bmw isnt as good
Hi, do you still have the bike? Did you have any problems with her? How many KM do you have?
this wasn't my bike we can get new ones
interesting bike, but i'm not a fan of the Kawasaki look front end.
Fair enough we csrnt all like the same thing life would get very boring
is this still for sale
Cbrs can get them
Slap an Akrapovic exhaust and it is better
Why is it better what difference does it make
