Year 9 Art Analysis The Weeping Woman

Suited to older Key Stage 3 or GCSE students exploring Cubism, Picasso, and especially The Weeping Woman.
Brief overview of ideas and motifs created first in the larger painting of Guernica, and manifesting in the many versions of the grieving mother, produced by Picasso in and around 1937.
Task set is to produce up to 250 words as an analysis in response to The Weeping Woman.
