Look this retired govt employees influence in the systems. The IAS, a class one gezetted employee, officers are the servants of the public not the politicians or themself. They are not the rulers but unfortunately in India they thinks that they are rulers of the people. This status developed in our systems from the last 75 years because the politicians utilizing them so can't control. The starting point of this status mania, developed from our political systems. We need a second freedom movement to abolish this "babu sahi".
