    So nice! Although luffa is editable and you should eat some of them - I remember all the summer days my family will do stir fry luffa and luffa soups

      Her loofahs right now are a little too old and tough to eat, but I agree with you, my chinese family considers luffa as a vegetable only for eating.

    The loofahs, we call them torai in India and it makes an excellent curry vegetable with potatoes and onion with spices when they're tender. Do try it.

    I'm not sure if the variety you're using right now is just for making luffa but usually there's a different variety in south India which we use to make curry and pickles. It tasts really yummy too

    Hi Bree it's Tony I watch all of your videos and your shorts I think you are a phenomenal lady I love that you grow all your own fruits and veggies you're canning dehydrating and everything you do I love being in the kitchen myself but I am wondering what you going to do over the winter I hope you continue doing your videos do you plan on doing a lot of baking and cooking but as long as you make your videos I definitely will watch I've been subscribed since RUclips put you on I will be looking forward to seeing anything you put on anyhow be safe take care of yourself may God bless you and pleasant dreams
