I gotta perform in a family function on Christmas, so taking inspo from you. You're such a great tecaher. Been watching you for more than 5 years! Really appreciate your efforts, Nathan. Love from India❤
I started watching you when I was learning card tricks many years ago. But I still like to watch your videos, even though I don't perform tricks anymore :D
I'm always so stoked when you drop a new video! I've been watching your channel for the past decade and it's been incredible to witness you master your craft over those years. Thanks so much for the many, many amazing videos and thank you for continuing to make them!
I have a question: in your video '3 cards: Amazing simple card trick revealed', you mention it's a request. The original request message is not available anymore, so what is the original name/creator of the trick? It's one of my all time favourites and I would like to be able to credit it properly.
It’s a trick created by Steven Bridges. Here’s the original video of him performing it where I learned it from: ruclips.net/video/QKnrYH9PA7k/видео.htmlsi=tLvYAgl3G4JR51hg
Pro tip: if you’re staring at the cards, the spectators will too. The battleship trick is easier to get away with, because you have perfect misdirection by asking them to flip over the other cards on the table. Once they start doing that, nobody’s looking at your hands. For this trick though, it would be a little different. Don’t look at the cards when picking them up, instead be casual and look the audience in the eyes while asking a question such as “what are the chances of me getting every single card right?” When they look up, drop the cards. Many ways to misdirect your audience!
