Hey Mikelg, you're welcome! One of the great things about Shopify is that it's a super user-friendly platform, and there are many customization options available without the need for coding. Of course, if you ever want to get more advanced with your customization, Shopify also offers plenty of opportunities to dive deeper into coding. But for many tasks, it's definitely possible to get a lot done without needing to touch any code. Thanks for watching, and feel free to let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see in a future video!
Hey! You might need to paste a code into your theme files. Here's a solution I found: community.shopify.com/c/shopify-design/how-to-increase-the-main-menu-text-size/td-p/1549783
Hi Julia, Was just wondering if one needs to hire legal experts to draw up contracts between yourself and potential suppliers or does Shopify have all that covered? Asking to protect myself against any potential lawsuits. (Based in Australia)
Hey! It's important to have well-drafted contracts in place when dealing with suppliers or any other business agreements to protect your interests and minimize the risk of potential disputes or lawsuits. While Shopify does offer some basic templates and resources for creating contracts, it's usually a good idea to consult with legal experts, such as lawyers or contract specialists, especially if your business operations involve complex agreements or if you have specific legal concerns.
Hey Nikita! Thank you for reaching out, I'm happy to help you with your banner issue. If you find that the header words on your slideshow banner are blending in with the background, one possible solution is to lower the opacity of your banner images. By doing so, the contrast between the font and banner will increase, and your font will pop out more. This should help make your header words more visible and easier to read. If you're not sure where to change your opacity settings, we covered it in this banner quick tutorial at 1:39 -> ruclips.net/video/V4g-O030cdY/видео.html If you're still having trouble, you could also try using a different font color that contrasts well with your banner image. I hope this helps, and feel free to let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!
Hey! Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change the color of your writing: - From your Shopify dashboard, go to 'Online Store' on the left-hand menu - Click 'Customize' to open the theme editor - Inside the theme editor, click on the settings icon on the top left - A list will appear. Click on 'Colors' - Change the 'Text' color to what you'd like! Let me know if this works out for you :)
Hey Philippe, it's possible that the setting you changed was specifically for the banner font size, which caused the banner size to increase when you adjusted it. To change the font size for the rest of the theme: 1. Go to Theme Settings on the upper left corner 2. Click on Typography 3. Increase font size scale Let me know if that works out for you!
Hi there! Your feedback is greatly appreciated. I'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind for future videos. If you have any additional questions on this topic, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm happy to help!
