I have to say Charlotte I could sit and listen to you speak for days on end! I just love; your voice, your accent , the way you describe things…thank you for that. Question: Have you ever done one of those “assumptions” videos? You know, where you ask your subscribers what their assumptions of you are. I kind of think you have. Anyhoo, all of that to say my assumption of you is that when you read to your kids, you get really into it and act out all of the different characters…different voices for each character, etc. (maybe not always but most of the time). 😘. The ND Glam Face Palette was the biggest surprise of 2021! Thought it was so boring and people were raving so I pulled the trigger during the Sephora VIB Sale, everyone was RIGHT! Such a trick palette - looks basic then it shocks you with how pretty it is!
The NARS blush palettes are lovely. I just have an individual blush in Taj Mahal which I love, but I want to get one of their palettes at some point. Pity they are always limited edition. Shiseido is my favourite brand for complexion products after NARS
Just picked up Divine nude blush to add to the others that I have. I totally forgot about that particular shade of LE lipstick, I don’t think I have even tried it and I purchased it on launch day🤷♀️😱. Will have to use that, can’t wait to see what these two amazing women come out with next year.
Great video to end the year. I am fairly new to eye shadow. I have deep set eyes and really really struggle. I love how you do your makeup, eyes I particular. Could you do a tutorial on this eye look? I have loads of lovely eye shadow palettes but really struggle with placement. Xx

A friend bought me a little eye palette from PML for Christmas, not knowing I had been eyeing the website for a while (like she read my mind!). The only issue is I was so impressed that I think she's started a problem haha. I have since ordered the huetopian dream palette, a lipstick and 3 blushes while there are discounts. I was eyeing the venus in fleurs quad too but trying to convince myself that it might be similar to CT fire rose which I already have. Any thoughts please?

Thank you so much for giving us the gift of you in your videos, this time of year is always bittersweet for me...this year was especially difficult as I’ve been mourning a beautiful, young woman I’ve only spoken to a few times but spent countless hours with & her loss in this space was quite apparent as I never bought cosmetics without Mel’s approval & never had to guess on shades as we shared similar skin & undertones. I pray her family is coming to terms & adjusting the best they can...I’ll be lighting a candle for Mel tonight as we ring in the new year & hope that the end of the virus & the poison they’ve lied us into taking will finally come to an end!✨💜💫

The lighter contour shade in the CT Face palette is a great Nose contour shade.
