- On June 1, Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal grabbed headlines after it was reported that Karan was arrested on grounds of allegedly abusing wife Nisha physically at home on May 31st night. The story sent shockwaves within the TV fraternity that stood divided on many grounds. While there are two different sides to the story - one where Karan claimed in a press statement that Nisha was dealing with bipolar disorder and she herself banged her head on the wall, trying to get a bigger alimony from him which he denied, the other side is of Nisha who claims that Karan, in a fit of rage, smashed her head on the wall leaving her to bleed. None of us know the entire truth and while Nisha spoke to Bollywood Bubble exclusively, we also reached out to Karan for his side as well. While we are still waiting to have a confirmation from Karan, we spoke to their close friend Munisha Khatwani who came out in support of her friend Nisha Rawal and revealed some SHOCKING details about their relationship that many weren't aware of. Munisha revealed that Nisha had confided in her about her troubled marriage
And spoken about being physically abused and beaten up by Karan many times in the past. Talking about the same, Munisha says she has seen 2014 pictures of Nisha with a swollen face and eyes after she was beaten up by Karan. She reveals the divorce would have happened right then but Karan apparently managed to convince her. From addressing all the allegations Karan has placed against Nisha - whether it's about money fraud, alimony, deliberate accident or being verbally abusive - Munisha opens about it all. Why does PUBLIC opinion matter ??? Let the court/officials decide. This is all in such poor taste. I feel sorry for either of them that is suffering in the public eye. Don't know who is right and don't wanna judge either but it reminds me of the akbar birbal story where two mothers, who both wanted a child.

Your are 100% right...I have experienced the same...though in my case it was an abusive live-in relationship and not marriage...I was subject to Narcissistic abuse, demeaned, called filthy names, called unhygienic, smelly...my entire self confidence broke down...my bf started another affair in front of me...then also for 1 year I kept on trying to do whatever it takes to save the relationship...even I don't know why...I prayed to God to do anything to save our relationship...but in the end I was thrown out of the house...the abuse took its toll and due to continuous stress I got diabetes though I'm only 28 years old... I can totally relate to what you and Nisha Rawal are saying...

Karan’s body language speaks volumes and it clearly shows he’s lying. I don’t understand why people behave in this way. If you want out of a marriage be honest and upfront why turn nasty on the ones you once loved. He’s being unjust to his wife and child. The woman he may have had an affair with is not interested in him for the long haul. She is just using Karan. Karan being a man has fallen in her web but in time he will regret his actions as she will leave him if she hasn’t already!

@Halo Also, even when women are independent a lot of them cannot afford to financially take care of the child themselves because of expenses n cost of living in today’s day n age. She did promote products through her insta n got paid but in today’s economy it’s kinda difficult. Also it’s Karan’s child too so if Nisha is taking care of the child he should contribute something financially. Nisha did say she can take care of food, housing, clothing n other expenses just need him to pay fr his education. I mean imagine a school teacher or a regular office worker being asked to take care of a child n also other expenses. It’s kinda impossible if they want the kid to go to a good school

It is not about been financially independent its about taking responsibility of your child ... the child that they have is not only nisha's responsibility it is Karan's responsibility too been a father he must provide for his son which is absolutely correct on nisha's part .. simply just dont put everything on financially independent blah blah ... a child is a responsibility of both the parent n it must be fulfilled by the father as well and a strong woman must fight for it she should not simply walk away with her child and take everything on her shoulders...it is very easy for people like you to say all this independent thing but in reality things r not easy .. get ur facts right.

When a man is having extra marital affair, he is already being unethical & has broken the trust of a relationship. If he wants to stay separated emotionally or legally, he owes the responsibility to bear for his wife & child's security. The mother will also spend for child but it's her right to demand for father's contribution. Even if husband denies about domestic violence, what about the emotional abuse done to wife by being unfaithful? So people saying Nisha wants money from Karan, then what's wrong in it. Karan wants to have a girlfriend, break his marriage but stay away from alimony. How ethical is this???

Has the wound being checked by a government-appointed doctor in the forensic department of a Government Medical college.Since that's the correct Medico-Legal procedure and only a doctor with MD in Forensic Science will be able to determine if the wound is self-inflicted or a case of domestic violence.
i think the police was informed right on the night of incident itself...so its the police that will go through the entire procedure to find out.
