Candidates for the Torfaen seat at the 2024 general election answers questions

Cwmbran Life invited the eight candidates standing for the Torfaen seat in the 2024 general election to a hustings event on Facebook Live. Cwmbran Life readers submitted questions that were used during the meeting.
Six candidates attended:
Phil Davies- The Green Party
Lee Dunning- Independent
Nick Thomas-Symonds- Welsh Labour
Brendan Roberts- Welsh Liberal Democrats
Matthew Jones- Plaid Cymru
Nikki Brooke- Heritage Party
Welsh Conservative Party candidate Nathan Edmunds and Reform UK candidate Ian Williams were unable to attend. Ian was happy for me to share the information that he broke three ribs in a recent fall.
