Awesome review! I had this exact model as a kid but it only lasted about 6 months. The hub motor has plastic planetary gears, and the bearings ceased up. The brakes were also pretty weak and required a substantial amount of grip to operate that most kids won't be able to provide. However, it was pretty lightweight and affordable, so maybe it was worth rebuilding every 6 months. In my opinion, chain or direct drive is worth the extra money.

Its decent. The only thing I noticed was when first out the box it tells you in numerous places on the box in the manual to charge it for 12 hrs before first use. But when I plugged it in the charger went green within about 5 minutes. We thought it wasnt charging. So you cant charge it for 12 hrs. The only downside for us was it was all or nothing with the acceleration.

I got one its not terrible but if ur tall u cant ride without hurting ur back since the bar is too short, it also doesnt go up steep hill that well but it can kinda go up them

Hi there, that wqs a great review I must say it helped in purchasing one so thank you. I assembled and chargged it which is great, but I slept in and actually had it on charge for 17 hours will this afffect it in anyway? I havent used it yet and thanks again.

For kids that are older like 8 or 10 i reccomend buying them ninebot segway ES2 which battery lasts way longer, u can drive 21 km with it and its way faster but for 9 year old myself i have xiaomi m365 essential
Hi , totally agree with you if the kids are tall enough. the e90 is definitely a good starter scooter for young kids but its got is limit and the noise is loud. Same here, my daughter and I now have a m365 and a gyrocopter (m365 clone) and are really happy with those. my younger son have an hover-1 rally that is a bit smaller then the m365 and its working great for him. hope you have join the channel? 😊🙏 I have more videos on scooter

Will light turn green on scooter when fully charged i cant really tell if it is on or not because i lost my charger and just put in a lead that fits into and I’m not sure if it’s broken or not because i got it a while ago
