I just purchased the GMT and I haven't used it yet, just learning but compared to other detectors I've owned its super awesome, so simple. I'm so glad I made this purchase, best one ever!
Out of all these instructional videos the only thing I don't remember seeing or hearing about is if it's waterproof at all. I'm guessing the head is but not the box? If anyone can help me out there I'd sure appreciate it. I don't even remember seeing it in my instruction book, but I started watching these videos and have yet to finish the book. Thanks and sorry if I'm asking a question that's already been answered. :)

Yeah that trigger gets broken easily.
