Here in Memphis we are expecting a special season as well. We wanted But it seems like that feeling is only here in Memphis. It seems you are as on the pulse to what us grizzlies fans witnessed last painful season and how it set us into a now hopefully special season ahead. a couple things you might've missed is the fact we have unfortunately yet to resign Kennard, the development of our now backup/3rd string 1 (behind Smart possibly) Scotty Pippen Jr. into an efficient Tyus esq PG and the incredible hole left from Steven Adams 🇳🇿 of rebounding/powerful screens that its looking like Edey might be able to fill with the bonus of elite finishing. here's hoping for a healthier season

I think this is going to be a revenge tour for Ja this year. Got a good feeling when Edey was drafted that we’re headed in the right direction. We getting everybody back finally. I’m excited for this season
@@jukesandjumpers I definitely see it. Grizzlies got all the pieces to make a strong run. I’m not sure if we win the Chip just based on youth but I do believe we will be much better than the media pundits have predicted
My only thing I'm a lil nervous on is GG Jackson isn't ready to step in whatever role that they will have for him....he try to play hero ball and we don't need that next year.... jacking up a lotta 3's and stuff...
@@HamptonGuitars which is not a bad thing! Teams trying to win it all need guys to be stars in their role. For Edey, block some shots, rebound well, set good screens and be strong around the rim.
@@Baylorbetterthanbrown we’ll see how he does. I think the pairing with him & Ja fits really well. I was skeptical of him but this situation was the best spot for him. Should have a strong rookie year on a good team
@@RaymondPei zach could be the 3rd or 4th most important player for them in my opinion. The situation is perfect for him. But Ja elite!! Don’t forget we’ve seen him play incredibly well in tough situations.

@@coopermagaha4620 I cant say that until we see him play. Putting him over guys like Bane & JJJ who’re proven and elite at what they do is too hard for me currently. But if he does somehow become the 2nd most important then thats a good problem to have
if this is a healthy season, i have grizzlies at 2 or 1, grizzlies are the nuggets worst nightmare, zach edey plays 33 mpg per game, and will destroy nikola jokic

@@TommyTomTompkins I’m say 5 is the average, there’s potential they’re higher but if injuries pile up there’s potential they’re lower. Either way if their healthy I expect a great comeback season
