- As we head into 2024 this video is a look back at celebrating New Years Eve into the New Years 2023 at Subic Bay Freeport Zone formerly known as U.S. Navy base Subic Bay. Fireworks was amazing with great live entertainment. I believe they do this every year so come see if you don't know what to do for New Years.
