Yes you are right it is the same synth and the chords sound very similar but are not exactly the same and there is a real melody on "the temple of light" here there are just two basic chords with a small one ambient melody only. But you had the ear and it's interesting to play both tracks at the same time, it fits well together except that it is not the same tone and the other is much more sought after!
