I was diagnosed with clinical depression with psychotic behavior within the past couple months (no I’m not a psychopath). But I’ve known for longer that something was off. Since everybody is always writing when they feel low an never when they feel good: I struggled with anxiety and adhd since childhood and depression since adolescence. I'm soon to be 27 now and for 6 years I have continually been getting better. My depression has been gone for years now, with only 2 small relapses that didn't last too long. The anxiety got much better and as I'm working on not surpressing my intense emotions, the adhd seems to get much less prominent. I recently got my bachelor's degree, although I thought about quitting so many times, and got a very good grade. I'm financially secure, have lots of friends that I love, and although my resume looks quite bleak due to the mental health struggles I had, I am for the first time in my life really looking forward to my future. :D There is still a lot to learn and I am not nearly as productive as I'd like to be, with all the plans I have. But I love the path I'm on! I just wanted to leave this here, to make sure everybody who's struggling knows, that you're not broken forever. That you too can have an easy life, with much less doubt, fear and stress. It may be a long way, but nothing has ever been more worth it than walking that path towards health and happiness.

But I love the path I'm on! I just wanted to leave this here, to make sure everybody who's struggling knows, that you're not broken forever. That you too can have an easy life, with much less doubt, fear and stress. It may be a long way, but nothing has ever been more worth it than walking that path towards health and happiness.
