I can tell you about Dubai in specific based on my experience. If you want to do your internship in Dubai you need to contact the Department of Medical Education near Rashid Hospital. They have an internship office. Usually the internship has 2 intakes per year. One in July and the other one in January. The application is only through the DHA (Dubai health authority) website and the application usually starts 2 months before the start date of the internship. You should know that preference is given to Emiratis and GCC nationals and secondly to expats who graduated from UAE universities and whatever is left over is given to international grads. So you are not guaranteed acceptance and should always have a plan B. In order to apply for internship you need to have a UAE residency visa, which you can only get if your parents work in the UAE or own a company there that can sponsor your visa. You also need to be able to speak English (Arabic is not required). There is no interview for internship. I think acceptance is based on your final GPA and nationality. Oh and you should not have a clinical gap of more than one year. You can cover your gaps by doing clinical attachments. You can also do clinical attachments with the DHA. You pay them like 50 Dhs per day for clinical attachments and you get fridays and saturdays off and no oncalls.
If you are non-emirati then you don't get a salary during internship in Dubai. They only start paying you once you start residency after internship. They pay you like 7,000 AED per month until you are done with your residency after 5-6 years.

so learn german in india, go to germany on job seekers visa, apply for hospitations to learn how to communicate with german patients in german hospitals, apply for FSP and KP , they take upto five months to get a date, in the meantime apply for jobs, go for interviews, when you get a job, apply for change in visa and temporary licence called Berufserlaubnis. you can then take on your job in the hospital, will be paid equal to other german doctors so you keep earning money, and can simultaneously prepare for your FSP and KP. You'll have two years to clear these exams. Once these exams are done you get approbation.

It's much more difficult than plab.... Because of the process is really complex .... U won't be able to write the Kenntnisprüfung ( permanent liscence ) twise a year.... It's extremely difficult to get a date. And the language level is a very big challenge... It's much easier to get plab. So if you are not sure about Ur destination ..UK is a much better and easier option than Germany.

so learn german in india, go to germany on job seekers visa, apply for hospitations to learn how to communicate with german patients in german hospitals, apply for FSP and KP , they take upto five months to get a date, in the meantime apply for jobs, go for interviews, when you get a job, apply for change in visa and temporary licence called Berufserlaubnis. you can then take on your job in the hospital, will be paid equal to other german doctors so you keep earning money, and can simultaneously prepare for your FSP and KP. You'll have two years to clear these exams. Once these exams are done you get approbation.

pavan nagar hey , I don’t have much information about Kyrgyz , but I do know about russia , Ukraine & China . To be very honest with you , you will hardly ever see a real body . Maybe dissect once in 6 years . It’s nothing like India but yes you can self study and gain theoretical knowledge , then go back to India during summer vacations and strengthen your practical skills .

And many people those who studied in Kigma working very good. If you have any queries about Kyrgyzstan you can ask me .
