Practical Tips for Cultivating Hair Energy:
    Knot Magic and Braiding:
Knot magic involves tying intentions or wishes into knots in your hair. You can braid your hair with specific numbers of strands or recite affirmations while braiding to infuse your hair with personal power or protective energy.
TIP - Use a hair tie to tie up your hair overnight, maybe in the moon phase to harness the energy you’re looking for - bind that energy in your hair!
    Ayurvedic Hair Care:
In Ayurveda, hair care is a daily ritual that goes beyond mere grooming. Massaging your scalp with herbal oils is believed to nourish not just your hair, but also your mind and spirit. These rituals are thought to balance your body's energies and enhance your spiritual well-being.
    Hair in Rituals:
Consider incorporating your hair into your spiritual practices. You might weave a piece of your hair into a protective charm or use a lock of hair in a spell for personal empowerment or protection. Working with your hair in these ways can help you tap into its energy.
    Cutting Your Hair:
Maybe you’d like a fresh start or a change. Shaving your head can be a very powerful experience. We’ve talked about how it’s used to degrade or mourn, but it can also be a way to start fresh or show a commitment. Buddhist monks shave and keep their heads shaved as a way to shake off vanity. Maybe tonsure is for you.
"The Gift of the Magi" is a short story about a young married couple, Jim and Della, who are very much in love but are also very poor. As Christmas approaches, they each secretly sacrifice their most prized possession to buy a special gift for the other. Della sells her long, beautiful hair to buy a chain for Jim’s prized pocket watch, while Jim sells his watch to buy combs for Della’s hair. When they exchange gifts, they realize the irony of their sacrifices, but the story highlights the depth of their love and the true spirit of giving.
This story is often seen as a poignant example of selfless love and the value of personal sacrifice over material possessions.

Back in April of this year I was found out to have breast cancer. (Still in treatment , doing really good so far, i am very grateful for this) After the first treatment ,my hair started to fall out.
I knew it was going to happen. So I would pull on it to speed up the process. I saved all I could. Then I had my son buzz cut what was left. It was such a bonding moment.
Funny thing, I didn't lose my eye lashes , brows, or bush.
But did lose the hair on my arms ,legs face, underarms, lips.
Sorry got off track there, anyways I saved my hair, made a healing doll, after a friend suggested for me to do.
I drew her out on white cotton. Hand sewed her together, wrote a spell on the inside , turned inside right, stuffed with my hair and herbs for healing, protection, and loving.
Added runes and other symbols of the same properties to the outside of the doll. A healing rune on the right breast area for the cancer. Said a spell over her to activate the healing.
Sister made me 8 bracelets of healing crystals, I keep them on my healing doll, when not wearing them.
I also added a copper wire staff with coiled top for healing energy.
I have hair left over for other things. Not sure what yet..
I also wondered what to do with my healing doll after treatments are over. Should she be burned in a ritual or keep her in a special altar for other healing rituals?
Maybe creating a sibling for her with each new health problem?
