Interestingly happy chaos's gun is called crescent moon it is said to be a heavenly gun 1 of 5 in existence with his second gun being a replica and his gun is black so perhaps it's a reference to six black heavens guns
It makes sense considering his title is “Gunslinging Broken Messiah”, he returned and he is the original who brought a new age upon the world of Guilty Gear, almost like Jesus, I mean he was in the backyard which is almost heaven, but when he returned he did more so like a fallen angel, more allusions to this are his guns which are from heaven but are dark, this song itself admitting that Happy Chaos is “Blindly Following this path down to Hell” because Happy Chaos even before he became how he is now, he did everything he’s done out of the interest of humanity, but somewhere along the way he got corrupted but still kept doing what he did for humanity even if it was drastic. And “World of Fiction” cmon Happy Chaos admits him taking over the White House was intentional so history can seem like a scripted fictional reality. Looking at this song through the perspective of Happy Chaos is really interesting considering at some points its asking if you can pull yourself back together but he isn’t the same anymore, and even plays into his Omnipotence and crazy knowledge saying “There is no Day and Night” which just sounds like the start to a monologue from him, like this is him leading up to Strive knowing what he is going to do. amazing daisuke, was this always apart of the plan, or did he write Happy Chaos based around this song? How exactly can it be a 25th anniversary song for GG when the series turned 20 this year? What I think this is is the 25th anniversary song for Arc System Works. ASW was founded in May 1988, Xrd Sign came out in arcades in February 2014, a few months before Arc Sys turned 26. Maybe, maybe not, but I think this is true because in Xrd's song select the song is listed as "ASW Event Theme". I could be wrong, it's been a while since I played Xrd.
