I have a question or two. Who is responsible for cleaning the outside windows that is inaccessible from the inside or balcony? I have seen a lot of condos for sale and noticed 9 out 10 the windows aren't clean. Will car park be part of the purchase of the condo or is it a separate purchase? How much is the strata fee per month?
