I'm not over weight but I feel like people are taking this video wrongly. I see a lot of comments saying how they are glad that there not fat and just straight up hating on plus size people. and its not that easy to just go to gym not everyone can just do that its harder then yall think. maybe if yall were fat then yall would understand. i used to be not extremally overweight but i used to be really chubby until I started starving myself and developed a eating disorder were I didn't eat. i became really skinny and stared just eating fruits and drinking water. I ended up passing out in school. I'm not saying that its okay to be fat or encourage people to but at least be nice about it or just keep your mouth close. no hate to abdoulup i absolutely love his content

as someone who was once overweight, i love you putting out there like “it’s okay to be fat just don’t promote it and go to the fucking gym.” due to working out and building muscle instead of fat i weigh 140 instead of the 160 i used to be, i know, not morbidly obese like most of these people are but i willl admit i was fat, now I’ve lost most of that weight and replaced it with muscle, and i still exercise and walk at least two miles each day.
