They weren’t talking about Sana looking like her cousin Hana, especially since this comment is in the context of the video, in which Hana wasn’t shown in. (Has Hana even been shown in the anime yet?) They just didn’t add in that they were referring to Misaki when talking about a sister. This also explains the person who replied to you. They think you’re talking about Misaki and Hayase being cousins instead of sisters, when you think the conversation is about Sana and Hana. I hope this cleared things up.
So far this season feels like it's sort of in a 'holding pattern' compared to the first. I guess because the main characters are as well when it comes to their 'relationship', for that matter. First season just seemed more dynamic and broader in scope. And now the President is just there to get naked. It's still fun and endearing show, but it's gotten bit static. Same holds true for second season of Uzaki-chan, and again maybe mirroring the whole relationship thing plateauing.
Uzaki s2 kinda stopped at a weird point. It would make sense to continue it just a bit further, until the most recent chapter (Anime isn't too far away from manga actually)
