Hi just a small suggestion... Do get a car seat and put him in it .. safer any day. And these baby carriers he will outgrow very soon and also it can get very hot and over heat the baby especially in summer! Hope you don't mind me suggesting..

95% of the time breastfeeding.. only when we have outside work, I pump breast milk and give it to my mom to feed him when he gets hungry. There could be a lot of other reasons too. When there’s breast engorgement or any other reasons, if they baby doesn’t take feed properly, you can prefer pumping the milk.
We haven’t tried formula feeding yet! So I have no insights on that.

Hi bro/sis - It's just a suggestion not advice, do not use thottil in the night time atleast that can also be the reason why he is not sleeping through the night. Same happened with my Co-sister daughter as well. Slowly you can transition him to co-sleeping with you or in the cot.. That will be more easy for you as well When he outgrows. Just a suggestion...
