👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 China.
This is an very good idea, very innovative.
Cars trucks and busses next!
Maybe @@Brad_Fallonbut let's just look at an eBike for £3k and a Hydrogen bike at £1.2k for a moment. The 1,000,000 hBikes, hikeBikes or whatever all have the same hydrogen cell and IoT software so we know where each one is!
If you want to sell in U.S. better use stupid bike. Any intelligent bike is a suspect on national security, which is a no no.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
US is very paranoid, everything china made are national security threat.
It is feared that if these bicycles enter the US they could be prosecuted and sent to prison!
v true! must not make it so intelligent.
It will be "TikTok"-ed (aka banned) on "national security" ground, unless "divested" (aka forced to be sold) to an American corporation. 😂😂

With the Resources - Money , Brains , Materials , Big Domestic Consumer Market n etc China will lead in anything they venture in within a short time.
Pretty interesting. I visited China last year and the apartment building where I was staying would not allow eBike batteries to be charged in the building. My wife and I spoke to the building security guard, who was a really nice person, and he said that if I wanted to get an eBike he would let me charge its battery in his guard shack. I read late last year that there will soon be a rollout of sodium eBike batteries to address the safety issues of lithium battery charging. The price of this hydrogen powered bicycle at 13,000 yuan is a reasonably priced option.
Why does it weigh so much? It is heavier than my Specialized Turbo Levo e-mountain bike.
Didn't say what the fuel cell is made of
TOTAL BS ! no such bike in the market :( shame on you !!!
J-Pan says we are not building that crap 💩
Wow, the new equivalent Honda 50. Not only that it's a spy bike😂😂😂😂
First of all, the design itself looks very limited as fas as all-round transport is concerned. Also seems a bit invasive technologically given its country of origin - I think others would agree, unfortunately.
Don't fall for it ! E-bikes will be outlawed and are entirely to powerful for safe use in most countries including the US. Non sense is what this is so stop dreaming. Although most of the time I'm wrong.....
Note, all of the negative comments here are produced by A.I. FYI, someone doesn't want you to like this?
According to google these supposedly slightly better than lithium bikes cost $8,000 each and the hydrogen charging stations cost $32,275. If the only places to redeem the free refueling that comes with the bikes is in China (I could find nothing anywhere online) then that isn't really a selling point outside of China. And considering there is a tank of explosive hydrogen between your legs less than one inch from a man's softest and most sensitive body parts I am assuming there isn't an off road version for rough terrain. If there is then this will make for spectacular Darwin Award videos.
While this is nice tech, I am looking to add 80 amp hours to my Ebike soon for SUPER long range!
How could this bicycle make global waves if not yet sold outside china. Where has this brand reached? In russia or north korea? Still not yet proven its worth locally
Nope...too sophisticated, too dependent from other services.
The initial capital outlay is large and, hence appears to be economically unaffordable; therefore, hugely expensive.
First you have to create a hydrogen fuel infrastructure from scratch.., very spendy😢
These will have the hydrogen tank removed and replaced with a battery very quickly. There is no hydrogen available.
And as far as national security ,if you don't like the rules sell your cheap crap elsewhere there will be some to fill your place in two seconds INDIA sound familiar,
Good to hear that…but please don’t burn your buds like Chinese EV.
Do people really believe fiction is reality?
How much you getting paid to sell your soul?
A few years from now and nobody will be talking about hydrogen any more !..
A pedal powered bicycle has unlimited range and runs on whatever you eat
Well done, China.
Hydrogen is H not H2
This is not a copy of the Indian's nature fuel bicycle. Using hydrogen and not cows p.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
There are many installations in the world that uses cow dung or chicken shit from farms to drive 1 MW turbine alternators. Millions of homes also have their cooking gas for the gas stoves from cow dung. Hydrogen technology is still expensive for any commercial use, meant only for the rich. Regards.
@@subramaniamchandrasekar1397 Cow dung country 😂😂😂😂
Methane?
India produces the most milk in the world and has lots of cows poop(dung) available. There is no shame in using it for a better purpose like cooking gas. That saves environment and it's almost free...!
Success overcapacity.
Absolute TOTAL control of humans! 24 -7
Ecofriendly....please!!! You definitely ignore how hydrogen is produced and transported!
What happens to the vehicles that 1.5 to 4 people disregard On extreme heat and cold?
Have you drive a bycile at 42 kmph in the rain with your kids in the back and then go to work
and back pick up the kids and go to the market 365 days a year?
its a gona be FUN!! To much bullsh1t too little time !! 10-4!
"Sell Out 1 Million Units in Just 1 Hour".... Are you lying outright in the title of your video to get views? No where in your content indicates this new product from an obscur company is selling like hot cake. In fact near the end of your video you mentioned that this product cost 10 times as much as a battery-electric bike. And lacking hydragen fueling infrastructure, it can not compete against electric bike in the near term.
The next step is a hydrogen powered motor cycle.
ive heard a main named stanly bringing out a steam powered bike that runs on all fuels from electric to coal go go
great things but they should put some effort on their design.
Charging an ebike is only 3 hours, in 15mins you can probably male your way home easily.
And still, you can use it as a normal bike!
I believe this just the start as with improved technology, this company will surely venture into 3 wheelers and then a car! Bravos to this company!
China all the way in all sectors
Sounds good until they mention the spy on you part
Not only the price of bicycle is very high fuel cost compared to e-bike is very high. Running any vehicle in hydrogen fuel is things done in less efficient way. EV are around 77% efficient , ICE vehicles 12-30% and Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles 20-30% efficient. So its natural that consumers have to pay far more for gasoline and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Hydrogen hype misleads people.
Here you are.
At least they wont burn down your house when you leave it on charge for too long.
Everyone here: Wow, China!
Me: It's marketing, nothing but marketing burb.
Do you work for big oil?
Everyone can make Hydrogen at Home, it's easy, cheap, and safe! We don't need no stinkin "Fueling Stations"!
Electric bicycle for me! I do not need a hydrogen bomb on my bicycle.
did dumb and dumber invest or is this a straight gov rip off
Too good to be true
Exactly 💯
why lay mines if you can ride them
Lmao should last about 2 days
If this item enters the US, it will immediately be banned 😂
yep, more likely baned by false alegation security reson of spying
National security
merica so coward, sfriad bike
It will be crushed immediately by Biden.
😂😂😂
Very interesting if the price drops to around 3000-6000 Yuan. Plus, it will probably need to consider setting up neighborhood refueling stations.
Street price, and refueling infrastructure will be key.
Security is not a real issue. Just American paranoia.
Sorry for the American.
Unimpressive, we've had hydrogen fuelcells since 1842. There's nothing to get excited about now. Theres still no plan for cheap hydrogen fuel infrastructure. Strictly a boutique technology. Like Thorium Nuclear power
No. 1 in China's urban transportation construction
The price is high for now but when real mass production is achieved the price will drop significantly just like with the EV's in China now.
For an aging population, it would be nice to have a 3 wheeler.
Indeed
My 30 years old 12-speed bike has unlimited range. Don't even need to lock it
China will one day stopped all the bikes selling to the US.

Awesome Tech to Be Enhance With Longer Range Travel From State To State : 10 hours Range
Where is the H2 engine for the bicycle as still pedalling is required?
The big rectangle is a fuelcell unit
12,800 Yuan is too expensive for average Chinese consumer for a bicycle. Would be more affluent buyers that don't need to worry about lithium battery fires.
2 yuan and 20 minutes can charge the hydrogen bike to full?
The random detonation of a charged hydrogen fuel Pack, 1.3 kilos? Would make a lithium battery runaway look like a match in comparison
Is hydrogen-powered bike a national security threat to USA?
Yes absolutely
Any word or sentence containing the letter ‘C’ is an existential threat to the US ! 🫣
In America you can find paranoids on every street corner 😂
It's a threat to big oil, cannot be allowed!
How far is HYDROGEN CAR AND MAIN MOBILITY?
You can buy one at your local Toyota dealership. Today
Solid Hydrogen car coming soon. bye bye big oil!
The price is as high as US$1,700, while the general price of electric bicycles in China is between US$200 and US$500. Who will buy this hydrogen fuel cell bicycle?
Thanks for putting price in US dollar, so people in USA can understand the value.
what a load of BS
Simply not practical with such an exorbitant price tag.
Apparently one million people doesn’t think so.
Hmmm
12800 RMB is approximately around 6% of the median income of an Average Chinese
Equivalent of around $ 4500 in US
It will drop to 8000 Yuan within 3 years

No way. Hydrogen fueling stations are closing in California. Owners are sueing Toyota.

Amazing! We need several thousands in Madang Papua New Guinea
9:02 "Price of a hydrogen-powered bicycle is around 80,000 yuan, a price that can already buy a car."
This is the DECIDING FACTOR. No matter how good a hydrogen-powered bicycle is, this price factor will scare away most potential buyers. This price factor should be the first consideration in the minds of hydrogen-powered bicycle makers. Until the price is competitive to electric bikes, electric bikes will still rule the streets.
Too expensive 😪
12,800 yuan is US $1,700...
Hydrogen ICE Hybrid or Fuel Cell is the future.

Well of it can solve pollution and of course affordable price for the people why not use it worldwide.
It still puts out carbon waste.
Too much high tech for the US market. This is a going to be a national security risk for the US market. For the US market, can you take out all the high tech and just leave two wheels and a pedal?
Screw American paranoid security
Do not discuss because exploded issue
Wow, China’s Yonganxing hydrogen bicycle, HB, has conquered the market. It doesn’t need recharging like an electric bicycle and it has a maximum speed of 42km per hour. The hydrogen gas is produced by electrolysis using solar energy to create electricity. A great idea of a climate friendly bicycle and can be used many years as 80% of the hydrogen cell can be reused at the end of its life cycle. The Yonganxing bicycle is much safer as the hydrogen is stored in a rod and it is not flammable. The usa and japan are lagging far behind in this technology that makes China’s revolutionary HB a top mean of transportation in the world.
One wonders why has this not been done before, solid hydrogen is not new news? Cars will be next?
@@Brad_Fallon hydrogen stored in a rod is new, dude. Normally hydrogen is stored as a liquid which needs a very low temperature and very high pressure to keep it liquified. That is way too expensive and too dangerous for a bicycle.
@@philiptan2051 Right, so a rod of magnesium is filled with 5 grams of hydrogen, it attaches to the Magnesium as a Metal Hydride, then Light? is applied to release the Hydrogen. Is that right? Sounds like what Plasma Kinetics did about 15 years ago but was banned by the DOE as being "Disruptive" to the industry. I guess so, this will put big oil out of business. Well done!
Tell us about the electrolysis process Mr. Philip. They are using solar to start the process but how is it done so quickly? Can it also be plugged in, if so how many Kwh per gram will it produce? Are there catalysts added to the water to increase efficiency? What about sound waves, I've read RMT University out of Australia has developed a process that massively increases the electrolysis process by the use of frequency modulated and oscillating sound waves? Is that part of it? Have you seen one???
@@Brad_Fallon well, you are asking about company secrets, dude. Of course China has made some innovations otherwise it is not an invention. You won’t get the answer to company’s secrets unless you do some industrial espionage. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The Chinese government can shut every bike down in an instance, making it a national security risk.
Do shut up.
Why aren't they made here? Big Oil?
Hydrogen 😂😂😂😂

We need this in the philippines.
In the Philippines you can bloody walk
You will have to build your own... not difficult.

When China built their cities, they designed them for cars so that they could ditch their bicycles. There aren’t many bicycles lanes and therefore not safe. It was exactly the time when Scandinavian countries were getting rid of cars to shift to bicycles during the late 90s and early 2000s for carbon emission. Japan is very bicycles friendly. Most residential neighbourhoods have supermarkets within bicycles range for housewives. In China most new housing locations require driving.
That's FALSE information. In China the roads even inside smaller cities are very wide, two to six lanes with SEPARATE roads for bikes and a separate road for foot traffic.
That said, the bike lanes are so wide that cars and trikes often MISuse them and park in the bike lane.
New housing projects have shopping malls and restaurants nearby (which is a selling point) in WALKING distance as a rule.
I visited Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and several other smaller cities and the picture everywhere is very much the same so I really don't know where and when you got that information?
Japan everything is on a smaller scale and narrower (because of the mountanous area in many/most places) so it's obvious that will be more bike and pedestrian friendly.
@@johnsamu I lived Beijing for 11 years from 1997. Bought car right away. Traffic jam was terrible from 2002. Bought bicycles since there were still a lot of people riding bicycles. But it was difficult because of all the cars and new drivers. Gave up. Then I lived Japan for 3 years. Commute on bicycles 16 km per day happily. In bad weather I rode to the train station to take train. In Scandinavia and some countries bicycle lanes are user friendly. Back in China in Guangdong I have a good 5,000 RMB bike that I almost never rode. There are no real bicycle lanes here. Mopeds ride on car lanes, bike lanes, and pedestrian lanes along with the occasional bicycles. Pedestrian lanes are old and bumpy. It’s no joy to ride bicycles if not impossible.
@@michael511128 I've been going to China since 2008 so it's about the time you were leaving. It's true that in the tier 1 cities electric bike riding is discouraged, even prohibited nowadays. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou are extremely busy but public transport is accessible and cheap. You also missed the expansion of the high speed rail network which makes it essentially unnecessary to take a car to travel between cities. It's much more convenient and cheaper to take the HSR. Btw I live in probably the most bicycle friendly country in the world, the Netherlands, so I have a good base to compare. OUTSIDE the tier 1 city centres and in the tier 4 etc cities you can still use an electric bike(we have a couple in our house in Southern China). The infrastructure is in fact much better than you claim because every time I return I'm surprised about the repairs/rebuilding of roads and other infrastructure, even in my tier 4/5 city. Which is also a way of job creation btw. That said the wear and tear on roads and other infrastructure is enormous because of the sheer number (millions) of people using it.
It's clearly to see between the NON-toll highways between provinces, heavy lorries will break the road surface.
I love being able to walk to a shopping mall, restaurant etc WITHOUT even needing a bike or car.
Another thing in MOST Asiatic countries(except Japan) traffic rules aren't really followed UNLESS there's camera control. Nowadays in China when there are camera's cars WILL stop for pedestrians and traffic lights because you can loose points on your driver's license and a fee for not stopping.
China's urban transportation is better than Japan's, I go to Japan a lot, and I'm working in China
Other than bicycles, public transportations are a lot better and much cheaper. Taxi or Didi is a huge difference like 5-10 times prices to get to the final destination. Trains and buses in China are newer and more comfortable. The weather also plays a role. Japan has nice weather and temperatures for bicycles most of the year.
