You’re right! If you are not conversant with the market,I’d advise you to get some kind of advice or assistance from a financial/investing coach. I diversified my $450k portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment advisor and I’ve been able to generate a little bit above $1.2m in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, Etf and bonds this red season. For me,it’s the most ideal way to jump into the market these days

Yesterday evening in 🇬🇧, my mom was speaking about the same thing concerning a savings account she has with her long time bank account. Her very words were "It's not good to keep your money in one place"! 👍🏾
Love the personal snipped about your mom.....you are too relatable my guy. Love this channel. Do grow discouraged keep at moms bro. I fight this same battle with my moms!!. Argh!!! It's so hard.
Bank!! Hi Tommy, It's me again -- your 67-year old follower. Can you do a video on the offers from banks and credit card companies that offer $250 - 1K and the most responsible way to take advantage of these offers? Btw, your fiscal philosophy resonates with me. I am fiscally conservative, have a large nest egg, emergency fund, etc.
Good video, the way banks make money off credit cards you have, even if you pay the credit cards off monthly is from your purchases. The store or service usually pays a percentage fee of your purchase to the bank. Cheers 💰
On the mortgage 33% rule, are you talking gross or net income? With the normal deductions that could be 35% difference. If you add other situations like child support or loans against your retirement, that could get closer to 45-50% of your gross income.
Hey Tommy awesome video like always ! Great info I appreciate it. My question is I want to open a savings account and my bank I have is chase should I open one for them? I’m doing it to save up and pay off debt.
Need to understand your debt to income ratio. My apt rent is more than my home mortgage. My apt have less expenses but there is not equity. My home market value is up $175,000.
Bank! good place to accumulate capital for investing and to have an emergency fund or sinking funds for maintenance of house, vehicles, and self! MUCH better than under the bed! lol
Hey Tommy, Question: my monthly mortgage is low but I have a 30 year fixed mortgage. But I do put more towards my mortgage, is this okay or do I need to refinance. I plan to pay it off in 5 years.
I never used credit cards until mid last year when I sought to have a perfect credit score. Consequently, Equifax had my credit @ 835 and I wanted it higher. I was told that I could do this by using a credit card. So I went to my local branch and was approved for $9300. I didn't understand why. The only thing I had was my bank account which my mom started for me when I was 14 years of age as a guardian account. Keeping an account for a long time, in my situation, attributed to my credit limit. I took a look at my credit score a month later and it's down to 712. It backfired. I have no late payments and still under the promotional....weird.
Side note: As I explore financial tools and strategies , the only reason I am keeping this bank account is because, if I were to close it my understanding is that, it would be catastrophic to my credit score as it is the only thing they are basing my current credit score off of. So in addition, I've opened up a Navy Federal Credit account which has terms that are much more favorable as I ween off my long standing primary bank account while I grow a solid credit history.
Yeah I’m homeless it’s crazy I have four part time jobs and they are making this place only for the millionaires and billionaires it’s so many homeless people out here so you get your credit up they still rejected you for a home so what’s the point of living
