A very fine performance. Nice to see that Alexandra is beginning to explore Brahms. It would also be nice to hear her perform some of Brahms' solo piano music on a full-length Bösendorfer concert grand someday...
Yesterday, she performed Brahms at the Vienna Konzerthaus! She played as an encore: Brahms Scherzo E-flat minor Op. 4 and "two Gavottes for Piano". It was incredible!
@@keithtinkler4073 YW. It is 1 movement out of 4, co-wriiten by Schumann, Brahms, and a student of Schumann, each composing one movement. They wrote it for Joachim, birthday I think. The title of the Sonata is German for Free But Alone.
