From my experience of the legendary aura spawns from most common to least common: 1st - Snow White 2nd - Pure Red 3rd - Winter Sky (I didn’t unlocked yet)
No it’s not, the quest literally requires you to kill 5 selected bosses (return to the NPC to proceed to the next quest after killing 1 boss) and collect the Rainbow Savior aura color from him when you’re done
