This really wasn't about creating a GUI (that would involve a form with values entered by the end-user). This was about delegating permissions to run a script and providing a button via the GUI.

Thx a lot. 2 questions, is it possible to get the script to add the ad user? and second is it possible to run the "scriptrunner server" in an own domain "scriptrunner.local", and make the action availible in an other "costumer.local"? Or do i need the scriptrunnerserver in each domain?

Hey there! Thanks for the questions. You can get the script from the video here: bit.ly/2Vl7WRT
We also offer a lot more helpful scripts in our ActionPacks. You can find them here: github.com/scriptrunner/ActionPacks
The ScriptRunner Server only has to run on one domain and can additionally manage trusted and non-trusted domains.
