Dear Vidit Santhosh Gujarathi, We know this year has been tough for you in terms of chess but it is so amazing to see that you have not let the past affect you. Win or lose, we support you all the same. Sincerely, Bharat fans
@@sarth_9006 ya 100% true but that also kinda helped an Indian win even though it was not his mindset , It's just to signify how important those 2 wins were
It's good to walk while you think cause it helps better focus and get clear head otherwise sitting in one position for so long can be taxing especially if the game can go upto 6 hours
@@RGR99 The weirdest part is that it's only happened recently! Arjun had a few tournaments where he was only using his thumb to barely hit the clock, and here Vidit has his index finger about halfway onto the opponent's clock! There's no reason for it! and then just slowly hits the clock with the thumb.
Idk why but I never liked vidit as a player, I know he's a great player and way better than me but still I've watched almost all of his matches and other players' matches but vidit just seems like such a weak player among others even when he wins I never felt that wow he's such a strong player whereas Arjun or gukesh or pragg, they just seems way stronger even though vidits match was the first I ever watched. Though I still love him, no hate.
@@-Surajjaiswal I mean that would be true, but I mentioned all my points. Personally I have watched vidit's games since long before I watched others and the hype thing is also recent if I think, for me. So idk if you think of any other reason please lemme know. Because I'm unable to wrap my head around this
@@yourfatherismyfrnd4021 I get what you are saying but I think it's how we understand the game, because the youngsters have such a fighting style that it's easy to say that they won convincingly where as Vidit has a positional play style so it can be complicated to understand his wins as from someone who don't understand every nuances of the game could feel like it isn't as spectacular

Gledura is no slouch
He masterfully outplayed Anand in a beautiful game at the Gibraltar masters in 2016
Bishop is actually quite strong and play a major role in this battle
It shows what it takes to win. Both players super tough. A slight margin of advantege is all you need to win.
captain drank atleast 10 cups of tea :D

Why. Vd got 30 min
Why do the players get up so often? Restlessness?

@@AsmiKhandekar-bu4eu Makes sense. When watching these short videos I tend to forget how long the matches are in reality.

why do the indian chess players hit the clock so weirdly??? so distracting I cant watch the game LOL
You don't even have to play, then what's the problem at getting distracted by it 😂
What's so weird about it?
2 GMs on the board didn't even notice about it,then who is asking you 😂😂😂
I literally noticed it after seeing the comment
