This is why I love Graham Norton's show--I love the interview style, with the guests just sitting around and talking about all sorts of stuff, and the little skits, like the TARDIS bit here, are clever and hilarious.
I love watching interviews with David. He always has a good sense of humor and isn't like some uptight celebrities that won't even dare to just sit back, relax and enjoy themselves. It's a good thing that David doesn't think he's too cool too mess around.
David is such a good sport in this interview. Jo is lovely and dead-pan funny!! Norton does a great job giving his guests a laugh as well and it helps that he plows them full of fermented beverages - very different than anything you'd find on US Telly. (except BBC America).
You are very right. The first four doctors were credited as "Doctor Who". It was only during Tom Baker's tenure that they realied that they only called him "The Doctor" these days so they decided to change the credits. Both The Doctor and Doctor Who are completely correct.

So we were watching these 2 kiwis and all of a sudden the male kiwi climbs onto the female and starts vibrating xD (i was there with a group of children) and our tour guide said "oh, umm not they are playing leap frog... " me and my friends starting laughing.
