🇬🇧 Join me on a car drive through Cape Verde’s most populous neighborhood. Achada Santo António is a subdivision of the city of Praia in the island of Santiago, Cape Verde. Its population was 12,965 at the 2010 census. It is situated near the Atlantic coast, southwest of the city center.

1) It's clean.
2) Cleanliness is an extremely very good thing.
3) Architecturally, too monotonous (in MY humble opinion);
4) Gives the impression that a single Planner & Designer drew and built the whole place, and couldn't really be bothered.
Building blocks look one and the same almost everywhere you look.
Dreary rectangular forms everywhere!
Quite boring if you ask me.
More diversity and design creativity are needed urgently, please thank you!
But then again, that's MY opinion.
Others might disagree of course; surely many will do so.

I live a few minutes from Speakers Corner here in London (hope you know about it)
You wouldn't believe what sort of lunacy people regurgitate on top of that "pulpit"!
All tolerated in the name of "Democracy" though.
But I like your style that's why I became a follower.
As an aside, you ought to swap your "assistants" in the name of "political correctness" or else your detractors may charge you with favouritism.
You might consider appointing a geezer, and an ugly one at that.

No I hadn’t heard of Speakers Corner but I can’t believe that wasn’t even brought up in my history classes in college. As for the assistants… hmmm 🤔 I think I’ll keep them they way they are. Thanks!

Speakers Corner is a place in a public park (Hyde Park) where anyone can just show up and talk any rubbish they want.
Every single loony in town shows up to make their "case"
You can't put them off their misery because the cops are always there to serve and protect.
As for your "assistants" if you need help, just say the word.
