Finally got to watch it , definitely worth it
I definitley liked this cut of the movie but still think the og cut is miles away better, mainly because the music in the og are actually synched with the respective scenes. Still amazingly awesoms though wothout a doubt!

Just saw BLOOD MACHINES (2020) directed by SETH ICKERMANN of the naked women vessels that are the souls of the machines in the weird but awesome SHIRING METAL STYLE.
The visuals sure are impressive but it would be much more enjoyable if we actually knew what the hell is going on.
LOL, yeah… but it does leave room for interpretation.
Human souls are being trapped to use as the AI of spaceships. The red-dye women can control them, and have come to free them.

The green ship and her crew are chasing down a ship of what is believed to be Cultists whom worship a Machine God. Once they find them, the Cultists perform a ritual to awaken and free their ship's AI so that it may enter our world and liberate the shackled human souls being used to pilot humanity's spacecraft against their wills.

Without dialog it makes no sense. But the visuals make me want to buy this just for the visuals.
From what I understand after several watchings:
Each ship in this universe has an A.I. computer that runs the ship, I assume they are all female. Some of the AIs appear to be evolving beyond their construction. The young captain from the beginning is a misogynist bugger who abuses his ship, The Tracy (the gold robot on the ship is the physical vessel for the ship's AI, named Tracy). Tracy is showing signs of rebelling against the captain, but reluctantly follows orders. The crashed ship had been taken over by a rogue AI named Mira(?), when it was pursued and shot down by the crew of The Tracy. The women on the surface (freed AIs?) perform the ritual to set Mira free, and The Tracy's captain chases it to a ship graveyard, where I assume the woman in the gas mask had previously been the AI of the largest ship. She frees the other wrecked ship's AIs to defeat the battle cruiser. This is a very hard to understand movie, especially since I doubt some of the actors speak English naturally, so the lead dialogue is in a heavy French accent.
some art doesnt need dialogue, the author prefers you coming up with your story or you figuring it out with other subtler prompts.

It's impressive. There's a lot of talent involved. I want to like it, but I am torn. Maybe I need to see the original (and higher quality video).

I’ve seen that symbol many times before. Didn’t make the connection this time. A lot of symbolism in this film series. A lot to take in. A true Space Opera!

Great visuals. It’s like if Stanley Kubrick made a movie with only the end scene of 2001. I don’t mind some surreal lack of coherence but too much art and not enough story. Maybe use the filmmaker for an opening credit James Bond montage. Not for a script writer for now.

carpenter brut uses these symbols in nearly all his music videos. i wouldnt read much into it. using them in artistic way doesnt mean you worship the devil

If this is a fan edit, I have seen all I want to see. I am not a fan of overindulgent techno-crap. The work is amazing. But the content is an ugly assault on the senses. I want those memory cells cleaned and repurposed for anything other than this. Kudos for your craftsmanship. Nothing else. For all the vision and technique you exhibited, all you produced was a shallow, ugly melodrama. It doesn't need to be any longer if this how it ends.

Utterly disapointing..the visuals are great but! This f'ing movie has to be a feminist idea.
I mean nonody knows wtf is wrong(besides the fact that women are kicking ass in this alternate reality lol ) and the lack of story telling or scenario wtv what you english people call it I mean and we've been waiting years for a movie that makes no fackin sens.
The people worship a Machine God, and witness the birth of an Artificial Intelligence, whom is the woman that emerges from the machine.
