Hope you enjoyed this chilled fish store tour video. Please give this video a thumbs up if you like this style. The owners of Aquarium Shop Ginsui were really friendly and I definitely recommend you visit if you find yourself at Tokyo’s Roppongi/Azabujuban area.
That aquarium is very neat and clean. Actually everything I see in Japan for that matter. I wish we had an aquarium like that here in Melbourne That flat wired looking fish you were looking at I think it’s a fresh water flounder. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend...!!!
What's your favourite store here in melbourne? Cause it's true, we really don't have a strong aquascaping/aquarium scene when we compare to to other countries
I like that this store is really compact, and they still have a quite a good selection of fish, and other animals too. It’s feels really homey and clean inside! great video Ryo!
Great video, Ryo! What an 'Aladdin's Cave'. Good to see clean tanks with a wide selection of healthy fish and plants. That suckermouth catfish at 0:47 is a Sturisoma species. Thanks for uploading.
This fish store is my most favourite one for all the tanks are so clean and all fish are in good health. Keeping this perfect is certainly a hard work.
I love how you find and explain the beauty in everything. Once the military travel ban is lift from Yokosuka, Japan, I want to check this fish store out. Thanks for posting. Your videos are awesome and well done.
I will probably go to Japan not only because of the beautiful landscapes but also for the aquarium hobby. Very nice material a lot of interesting fish, something beautiful. Greetings from Poland 👍
Hey Ryo I love your videos Do you have like some natural rivers or streams like around your area? Maybe you should do a video on it... Like the fish living there and the plants etc
When I was just a young boy in 1968? My cousin had a five gallon Metaframe with Kuhli Loaches in it and when I saw them come out to eat? That was it. After that I wanted to keep a fish tank...still going...But no Kuhli loaches in the 240 gallon. Worried they would not get enough to eat. Still like them!
I loved the tour Ryo!! It's a lot of fun to explore these amazing stores through your eyes... Hey, I also saw you on Coralfish 12g what a awesome experience for 2 of our favorite RUclipsrs to meet each other. It's also to see such good role models for so many people to look up to in this amazing hobby! Thanks for sharing I hope you have a great day, 👍🐟🌱🌿🙏✌️
Like the way they dont over crowd their tanks, and its clean tanks. Pls do more of lfs, fish farms n stuff.. perhaps some marine fish shops too! Fan from Singapore!
Your fish store tours are amazing !! This store was so neat and organized. The fish tanks are absolutely gorgeous and so clean in this store. They really take pride in their store. You do an excellent job pointing out the different species. Is it possible to do a fish tour where you concentrate on the fish supplies such as food, medicines, conditioners, etc. ?? I would like to hear which products you recommend or what every hobbyist should have in their house in order to have success raising aquarium fish. I just got started in this hobby and would like your feedback. Thanks.
You should get a axolotl! They are cute and easy to take care of I have one and live in a city where it gets to 100+ °F in the summer would be a great addition to the fish studio
Great coverage Ryu. If possible i would like to make a special request. I see a lot of videos and mini ponds of Medakas but they are mostly in Japanese. If you could do some coverage in English with outside or street vendors that would be great. I have also seen your Medaka videos and they are fantastic. Thank you again for your fantastic videos. Keith from So Cal here. 👍
Hello Ryo-san. Thank you for this video. I'm waiting for local medaka farm video from you. I live in Tokyo and breeding some medakas. So, I want more :)
pixazelz I’ve never tried buying fish online. Kinda sketchy imo. My good friend owns my LFS. So I try to only do business through him. Dang COVID has made it extremely difficult to get certain fish.
This is an interesting and kind of cozy store! I am curious about the one "mystery" fish you pointed out, but could not name. At first I thought it might be a Hillstream Loach, but in a a book from the 1950's I once saw about tropical fish, I remember seeing an illustration of a freshwater Sole. I have never seen once since in any store, but perhaps this is a fish that eventually grows too big for an average size tank, and so may be out of fashion now. Perhaps this is what it was? Curious. Good luck and thank you for your wonderful videos!
As someone who lives where there is no ‘underground’. What happens when it rains? Does the store get flooded? I’m thinking there is a drain before the opening to the store, at the base of the stairs? Someone pls explain the logistics of an ‘underground’ store. Also, thank you for your very calming, entertaining videos, Ryo.
Hey Ryo, I'm a guy into reptiles first and tropical fish as a side hobby. I love watching your videos. Do you have reptile specialist shops in Japan/Singapore? Would you think about doing a video about one, i'd be really interested in what reptiles are available and popular there.
What type of Rice Fish are at 2:40? I can't find that kind of sheen and color anywhere and I have a tank that is ready for fish. I'd like a bunch of these if possible.
Another great video! I have a couple questions: (1) are those very orange-red rice fish “himedaka” or maybe a different name? And how much do they cost in Japan? (2) how much are those black medaka ponds? Are they ceramic? Wish I could find one like that in Europe! Thanks!

Great video, Ryo! What an 'Aladdin's Cave'. Good to see clean tanks with a wide selection of healthy fish and plants. That suckermouth catfish at 0:47 is a Sturisoma species. Thanks for uploading.

I think I found out. It may be a freshwater flounder

Beautiful 🐟 😍👍

BRO, I LOVED IT KEEP UP THE FIRE CONTENT.
Thank you so much 😊
I LOVE THAT LID YOU MADE. ALSO YOU SHOULD MAKE A RANCHU GOLDFISH PLANTED AQUARIUM.
Presumably it is surrounded by drainage.
So many plants I want xD and fishes :P
Ryo....👍👍👍
Wish I had stores like this near me
Hi Ryo, great video. I have a quick question that I would appreciate, where did you get the stand for your 60p aquarium from? Thank you.
Hey Ryo, I'm a guy into reptiles first and tropical fish as a side hobby. I love watching your videos. Do you have reptile specialist shops in Japan/Singapore? Would you think about doing a video about one, i'd be really interested in what reptiles are available and popular there.
Awesome do more plzzz
👌👍
Dope videos keep it up

Thanks. 1) I’m not sure but they could be. There’s so many different strains and names for them. 2) the medaka ponds at this store were plastic
I envy you, only store within 30min of me that sells fish is petsmart and petco. Great video though my guy.
Thanks haha but just know that this store is 4-5 hour drive away from me. I don’t live in Tokyo
Hey Ryo
Do you know if Vuppa 1 replacement pump is still available to purchase in Japan? Thanks
It seems not led light at the top of the grass tank. they should be florescent growing light
