Well Hobi is small too. That boy is quite thin and he's not that much taller than Jimin, maybe an inch taller. And ya gotta remember Jimin does have a bit of muscle on him, despite what he might say so I'm not surprised. If you look at Jimin he's got more muscle on him than Hobi does.

In first one we have tipsy Jimin with no self-control so he forgot about cameras and couldn't keep his hands to himself like he is used to do when they are alone. Hoseok again shoud have take responsibility in his hands and make it not so obvious. But you're right, Jimin looks upset, it hurts to see him like that yet the fact that he wants Hoseok's attention so much is also adorable c:
