two books in your list are based on Hinduism, "the immortal of mehula" and the "Jaya". But, I don't think any mythology can surpass the philosophical values described in the epic of Mahabharat. This epic is too long and too ancient, but the content is evergreen in terms of learning the difference between righteous path and the non-righteous path. The story has many superheroes who are even more fascinating than the marvel/dc characters, mainly because, we can correlate the entire story as a guidance to our own life no matter where we belong. Great leaders like Gandhi, Mandela were at some point inspired by this story. Only few people who knows the story can realize to some extent, the actual meaning of it's mythological scenarios.

As a Indian I haven't Read any But in the starting of Lockdown I used to see OLD tv shows based On Mahabharata and Ramayana.
In My Conclusion they are Really Great
These shows are great. But I didn't like the book "Immortals of Meluha". I have read half of it and I was bored.
I like Indian, Greek, Nordic mythologies. Circe by Medeline medilline Miller is also a great book. Ofcourse you might have omitted it to reduce the no of Greek mythology books, but just saying it for community.
