I've read Viktor Frankl's book. I remember him stating that the people who held up best were the ones who visualized a future. If nothing else, they felt they needed to survive in order to tell the story of what they went through. The books by Gabriele have been a real eye-opener and have helped me to visualize what my future was meant to be. Please continue with these videos as they are much appreciated and much needed.
Victor Frankl's book was very inspirational. In 1972 I had a vision while sitting near a campfire with 4 friends along a river in the upper midwest. The vision was of my general path in life--- laid out for me to discover. That year was an exceptional year for any human. In 2000 I began writing on an email list of a singer-songwriter that inspired deep feelings in me. I began my Journey of Self Discovery. Writing creative thoughts and wisdoms(epiphanies) were not "channeling" higher masters--- it was more a response to the general mindset of other contributors. I do not particularly see any connection to other "Light Beings" that have come to earth for a purpose. My purpose seems to adapt to synchronicities that make me more aware of a greater reality. So far, none of the Light Beings have engaged me in serious discussion about reality as it transcends conventional concepts. I see many who are speaking old mythologies; but seem unwilling to go down my rabbit hole even one foot. 😁 "Higher truths are never taught; higher truth is revealed." cc. 👓👀🐡🕳🐇

Well when I was 4 years old, I was playing with a small rubber ball, and stopped in front of a mirror. When I looked at myself, I REMEMBERED being here before, and I was instantly devastated and yelled out loud " NO NOT AGAIN!" My mind and Spirit at that moment was not one of a 4 year old child, but instead, a Fully Aware Advanced old Soul. I even opened my mouth to speak a sentence just to hear that little child voice come out! I have been Aware ever since and I'm now 68 years old! I have had hundreds of experiences, and though I've tried my best to live a normal life, I just never felt connected to this Earth. Even having a large family, I am very alone here. So I Know that we all do not choose to come here.
Who knows , what if you came here to assist a friend in need? Not for your own reasons. Yes you may not like you are here but to that being you could be a pillar of support , wether they be an animal or a person :)

Thank you for your beautiful message. I read "Mans Search for Meaning" as a teenager. I had a very violent and abusive childhood and left home at age 14, reading that book changed my perspective on everything in such a beautiful way, it showed me I am not alone and I can use my experience to grow and learn empathy and love in a very profound way . I want to share the past 10 years of my life, before I knew about Hans, Delores, Allen and the rest. The year is 2012, I weighed over 500 lbs, with sleep apnea, high blood pressure, left leg about to go out and congestive heart failure that I did not know about. I could barely walk 10 feet without feeling like I just ran a 10k. You know how they say a man would have to be damn near dead before he go see a doctor, well it took death for me to go. Just trying to catch my breath was a chore, and around the 22nd of July, I just could not catch my breath, I can't remember exactly what time it was, I went to my bathroom, next ting I know my eyes started to open and I was trying to figure out what was I looking at, It was the ceiling of my bathroom. I was laid out on my bathroom floor. I laid there for a minute trying to figure out what had happened then I crawled over to my bed and a couple of hours later, I drove myself to the emergency room, where they kept me, ran tests, and that's when I found out that I had congestive heart failure! They said because my heart was not pumping properly, I had a lot of fluid backed up in my lungs. For all intents and purposes, I died and came back. I started looking at things very different from that point. Fast forward to February 22nd 2013, I knew I had to do something about my weight, so I took a leap of faith and scheduled a weight loss surgery in Mexico, because in the US they wanted 3 arms and five legs, I'm sure some of you can relate, and this was a time when the cartels were acting up again kidnapping tourist, that was my leap of faith. That surgery was the tool that I needed! As I started losing the weight, getting healthier, my eyes (I can say now, my third eye) started opening, I started seeing people, things and situations in a whole new light. Fast forward to June 22nd, 2015, at that point 200 lbs down, Congestive Heart failure monitored and under control, high blood pressure gone, sleep apnea gone, left leg rejuvenated, June 22nd, 2015 I experienced a powerful spiritual awakening that rocked my entire being. The best way I can describe it, is like going from a room with a 55 watt light bulb to a 1000 what halogen light. It truly felt like I was given a gift by the creator, and that I was truly in a new world. I was a little apprehensive venturing out in it at first, but when I did go, I was amazed! All the people I saw walking, had spheres of light walking with them. You could clearly see that the spheres was attached to each person. (I plan on making a painting of that event.) You're probably asking have I told people, I did, but they were giving me the side eye, so I stopped, because I learned that people will awaken when they are ready and not a minute sooner. Fast forward to today, my spiritual journey and growth has been awesome, and on June 22nd, I will be 8 years in this brave new world, and my spiritual powers are steadily growing and that's what I've been through for the past ten years. Here are a list of dates that I recognize, my physical birth, March 22nd '65. My physical death, July 22nd, 2012. My leap of faith, February 22nd 2013 and my Spiritual Awakening, June 22nd 2015, All of those 22's have to mean something.

Thanks. I want to share that it is true indeed that We are supported 100 percent from the higher realms. I had a pivotal year last year. The toughest year in my life. I felt like throwing the towel and move to a cabin in the woods alone. But I work in technology, I am aware that that had been my purpose and that my frequency was needed there, but 2022 became too much. I took a break to regroup and rest and I saw the countless gifts the universe was giving me to help me recover. Incredible synchronization and outright miracles. So Trust!!! It does get a tad overwhelming. I know. But do trust!! We’ve got this. 😊

Hans, thank you for such a clear and concise explanation of this subject. I always seem to have been a healer, picking people up, dusting them off and getting them moving again, but in doing so, I have "copped my lumps" on more than a few occasions., which I always found puzzling, until recent years. These days, I realise that I am just settling my Karmic accounts, and am daily grateful to the Divine being within, for the comparatively light burden I am called upon to bear, when I look at all those suffering in the world around me. As an ageing hermit, I feel blessed to live in relative peace, my simple life amply provided for by the Divine, and with an increased understanding of the Truth of my existence. Wherever possible, I try to share love, joy and happiness abroad, and if not, I am otherwise content with my lot.

Child abuse, indifference, poverty, addiction, mental illness, physical illness, emotional abuse.. you would never believe me if I told you everything. I am a retied coal miner born in 1949 and back in the 50is most old people said that our life is mapped out and what will be will be and I now agree with that and with what you say.
I Wonder about ME? I do not think I am a "Light worker," although I have from an early age felt something was wrong with things on earth, and was able to see with the help of others, like my father and other older men and women, that the "system" we live in on this earth is not right! I have "tried" to help people when I am able or I feel they really Need help, But I am no Mother Teresa!!!!!!!!!! I do believe there is something else, and as I get older, 03/28/1952, I seem to get calmer about the things happening around me, and when I hear people arguing about "things: happening around them, I always try in a calm manner tell them that their arguments are a waste of time, that they have NO Control over these things. Sometimes this works, most times NOT, but I do not allow myself to be brought into their Pettiness, and walk away in calm. I am much better on a one to one basis, but have stood up to this world when amongst small groups of people. I also try to spread a smile and helping hand to strangers at all times, Knowing that Everyone needs a little piece of kindness in their life on a daily basis.

Almost every other commenter is a light worker - what a surprise! Just want to mention - I've read all of Dolores Cannon books, found them exceptionally interesting, captivating, mesmerizing, absolutely mind blowing...... yet, I also feel that there is something 'off' about what she wrote, some sort of dissonance. There is also a small detail about Ms. Connon that doesn't sit well with me, is the fact that she was a wife of a carer Navy man who was an amateur hypnotist....

Thank you for this very encouraging video. It came at a very good time for me, one of my lowest. For many years I’ve felt that I came here to be a “witness”, for what is becoming more obvious on a near daily basis. And I’ve definitely come to see why I chose to be born in the United States at this time. I’ve been feeling like it has been too difficult, not just on a national, or even global level, but also on a personal level as my health has deteriorated and I’m in a lot of pain. I’ve been feeling pretty sorry for myself recently, which is not at all typical of my previous life-long optimistic attitude. My shadow side keeps coming out, the humanity side - it's really difficult times right now, and though usually loving toward others i find myself repeatedly disgusted and repulsed by how evil this world has become. I've read Viktor Frankl's book. I remember him stating that the people who held up best were the ones who visualized a future. If nothing else, they felt they needed to survive in order to tell the story of what they went through. The books by Gabriele have been a real eye-opener and have helped me to visualize what my future was meant to be. Please continue with these videos as they are much appreciated and much needed.

In 1972 I had a vision while sitting near a campfire with 4 friends along a river in the upper midwest. The vision was of my general path in life--- laid out for me to discover. That year was an exceptional year for any human.
In 2000 I began writing on an email list of a singer-songwriter that inspired deep feelings in me. I began my Journey of Self Discovery. Writing creative thoughts and wisdoms(epiphanies) were not "channeling" higher masters--- it was more a response to the general mindset of other contributors.
I do not particularly see any connection to other "Light Beings" that have come to earth for a purpose. My purpose seems to adapt to synchronicities that make me more aware of a greater reality. So far, none of the Light Beings have engaged me in serious discussion about reality as it transcends conventional concepts. I see many who are speaking old mythologies; but seem unwilling to go down my rabbit hole even one foot. 😁

Well when I was 4 years old, I was playing with a small rubber ball, and stopped in front of a mirror. When I looked at myself, I REMEMBERED being here before, and I was instantly devastated and yelled out loud " NO NOT AGAIN!" My mind and Spirit at that moment was not one of a 4 year old child, but instead, a Fully Aware Advanced old Soul. I even opened my mouth to speak a sentence just to hear that little child voice come out! I have been Aware ever since and I'm now 68 years old! I have had hundreds of experiences, and though I've tried my best to live a normal life, I just never felt connected to this Earth. Even having a large family, I am very alone here. So I Know that we all do not choose to come here.
Who knows , what if you came here to assist a friend in need? Not for your own reasons. Yes you may not like you are here but to that being you could be a pillar of support , wether they be an animal or a person :)

I had a very violent and abusive childhood and left home at age 14, reading that book changed my perspective on everything in such a beautiful way, it showed me I am not alone and I can use my experience to grow and learn empathy and love in a very profound way . I want to share the past 10 years of my life, before I knew about Hans, Delores, Allen and the rest. The year is 2012, I weighed over 500 lbs, with sleep apnea, high blood pressure, left leg about to go out and congestive heart failure that I did not know about. I could barely walk 10 feet without feeling like I just ran a 10k. You know how they say a man would have to be damn near dead before he go see a doctor, well it took death for me to go. Just trying to catch my breath was a chore, and around the 22nd of July, I just could not catch my breath, I can't remember exactly what time it was, I went to my bathroom, next ting I know my eyes started to open and I was trying to figure out what was I looking at, It was the ceiling of my bathroom. I was laid out on my bathroom floor. I laid there for a minute trying to figure out what had happened then I crawled over to my bed and a couple of hours later, I drove myself to the emergency room, where they kept me, ran tests, and that's when I found out that I had congestive heart failure! They said because my heart was not pumping properly, I had a lot of fluid backed up in my lungs. For all intents and purposes, I died and came back. I started looking at things very different from that point. Fast forward to February 22nd 2013, I knew I had to do something about my weight, so I took a leap of faith and scheduled a weight loss surgery in Mexico, because in the US they wanted 3 arms and five legs, I'm sure some of you can relate, and this was a time when the cartels were acting up again kidnapping tourist, that was my leap of faith. That surgery was the tool that I needed! As I started losing the weight, getting healthier, my eyes (I can say now, my third eye) started opening, I started seeing people, things and situations in a whole new light. Fast forward to June 22nd, 2015, at that point 200 lbs down, Congestive Heart failure monitored and under control, high blood pressure gone, sleep apnea gone, left leg rejuvenated, June 22nd, 2015 I experienced a powerful spiritual awakening that rocked my entire being. The best way I can describe it, is like going from a room with a 55 watt light bulb to a 1000 what halogen light. It truly felt like I was given a gift by the creator, and that I was truly in a new world. I was a little apprehensive venturing out in it at first, but when I did go, I was amazed! All the people I saw walking, had spheres of light walking with them. You could clearly see that the spheres was attached to each person. (I plan on making a painting of that event.) You're probably asking have I told people, I did, but they were giving me the side eye, so I stopped, because I learned that people will awaken when they are ready and not a minute sooner. Fast forward to today, my spiritual journey and growth has been awesome, and on June 22nd, I will be 8 years in this brave new world, and my spiritual powers are steadily growing and that's what I've been through for the past ten years. Here are a list of dates that I recognize, my physical birth, March 22nd '65. My physical death, July 22nd, 2012. My leap of faith, February 22nd 2013 and my Spiritual Awakening, June 22nd 2015, All of those 22's have to mean something.

Thanks. I want to share that it is true indeed that We are supported 100 percent from the higher realms. I had a pivotal year last year. The toughest year in my life. I felt like throwing the towel and move to a cabin in the woods alone. But I work in technology, I am aware that that had been my purpose and that my frequency was needed there, but 2022 became too much. I took a break to regroup and rest and I saw the countless gifts the universe was giving me to help me recover. Incredible synchronization and outright miracles. So Trust!!! It does get a tad overwhelming. I know. But do trust!! We’ve got this. 😊

Hans, thank you for such a clear and concise explanation of this subject. I always seem to have been a healer, picking people up, dusting them off and getting them moving again, but in doing so, I have "copped my lumps" on more than a few occasions., which I always found puzzling, until recent years. These days, I realise that I am just settling my Karmic accounts, and am daily grateful to the Divine being within, for the comparatively light burden I am called upon to bear, when I look at all those suffering in the world around me. As an ageing hermit, I feel blessed to live in relative peace, my simple life amply provided for by the Divine, and with an increased understanding of the Truth of my existence. Wherever possible, I try to share love, joy and happiness abroad, and if not, I am otherwise content with my lot.

I am so grateful for your videos . It’s the only thing helping me through the long nights of pain . My nephew transitioned a month ago and no one in our family is doing well. He was only 18 and full of life . He literally saved 3 peoples life’s but in the end he couldn’t save his own. Can you please do another video addictions . Drug addiction in particular…. I would hate to think my nephew didn’t move up in levels due to one mistake he made in his life due to peer pressure. He is a beautiful soul and I can’t wait to see him again 🙏🙏🙏

I Wonder about ME? I do not think I am a "Light worker," although I have from an early age felt something was wrong with things on earth, and was able to see with the help of others, like my father and other older men and women, that the "system" we live in on this earth is not right! I have "tried" to help people when I am able or I feel they really Need help, But I am no Mother Teresa!!!!!!!!!! I do believe there is something else, and as I get older, 03/28/1952, I seem to get calmer about the things happening around me, and when I hear people arguing about "things: happening around them, I always try in a calm manner tell them that their arguments are a waste of time, that they have NO Control over these things. Sometimes this works, most times NOT, but I do not allow myself to be brought into their Pettiness, and walk away in calm. I am much better on a one to one basis, but have stood up to this world when amongst small groups of people. I also try to spread a smile and helping hand to strangers at all times, Knowing that Everyone needs a little piece of kindness in their life on a daily basis.

Almost every other commenter is a light worker - what a surprise! Just want to mention - I've read all of Dolores Cannon books, found them exceptionally interesting, captivating, mesmerizing, absolutely mind blowing...... yet, I also feel that there is something 'off' about what she wrote, some sort of dissonance. There is also a small detail about Ms. Connon that doesn't sit well with me, is the fact that she was a wife of a carer Navy man who was an amateur hypnotist....

Thank you for this very encouraging video. It came at a very good time for me, one of my lowest. For many years I’ve felt that I came here to be a “witness”, for what is becoming more obvious on a near daily basis. And I’ve definitely come to see why I chose to be born in the United States at this time. I’ve been feeling like it has been too difficult, not just on a national, or even global level, but also on a personal level as my health has deteriorated and I’m in a lot of pain. I’ve been feeling pretty sorry for myself recently, which is not at all typical of my previous life-long optimistic attitude. This video reminded me of my “mission”, and how and where to get the help I need to remain strong, and to continue in strength for whatever time I have left.
